Chapter 1: The Attack

There was a crash in the corner, Charlotte gave out a scream, she made her way to the accident and found herself near the rollercoaster. A shadow appeared in front of her and he was a strange tall man, with a crooked nose. His voice sounded croaky, as he asked her if she wanted to have a ride. Of course she said yes, she jumped up on the carriage, she seemed so excited, the man started the ride, as Charlotte was rising in the air, the man whispered to himself, "see you when you come down", with a wicked smile on his face. Minutes later, a scream from the roller coaster cried out, Charlotte's head fell from the top carriage and onto the ground, as her head spilled blood everywhere. The man walked off into the dark forest once again, dragging the girl's head, and he laughed as he could still hear Charlotte's last words, "save yourself".

A couple of years later.

Tweet Tweet, the birds on Bailey's favourite tree chirped. Telling her that it was time for school. She dragged herself out of bed, did her morning routine, and as she was brushing her lovely auburn locks, her mum screamed from the kitchen. Bailey jumped down the stairs, to find her mother on the ground as the stove was on fire. Suddenly a strange man runs in with a fire extinguisher. As the smoke cleared, Bailey could just make out the face of the man, it was her maths teacher, Mr Wilson. Bailey's jaw dropped, she dragged her mum in the living room, she screams, " What the * are doing?".

Bailey's mum seemed shocked and kind of hurt, her mum started to sob, "It's just.....".

She tried to make the words come out but she couldn't. "What mum?", Bailey said worriedly.

"Ok, I'll tell you, but you can't say anything or judge me ok?", she said with a serious face.

Bailey's face softened, she realised this was serious, "ok mum I promise".

Her mum's face lit up with excitement, "Ok, Ok, I think Robert might be the second love of my life".

Bailey's face dulled, "That's great".

Bailey raced out the door, to catch the bus. She caught the bus just in time. Her best friend Luna, was already on the bus, snuggling with her boyfriend Jake. She smiled at me, then Jake smiled and then placed his head on Luna's head. Bailey went right to the back, then weirdly enough, the back of the bus was starting lift of the ground. The driver jumped out of the bus, in horror. Bailey wondered what was wrong, then she heard a grunt. She slowly turned her body to face a giant snake, with eyes blood shot red, scales the size of cars, its emerald scales shimmered in the sun. In the background people were screaming in fright, running away with their children.

Bailey raced down the aisle of the bus. While everyone rushed out the door. Bailey wondered why the snake was just staring at her. Its eyes stared right into her soul. She could feel it slither through her body. Bailey jumped out of the bus, ran as fast as she could to get into a safe place, to process what was happening. Her necklace, that her mum gave her started to glow, the gem inside, starting glowing red. The snake stared at the necklace, its eyes spinning, it looked sick. Then suddenly, it's body started to crash to the ground, it landed on the cars. The road was starting to break in to half everyone, made their way onto the foot path, so they wouldn't get crushed by the creature. Then it blew up into blood sprinkles. All that was left was a pile of splattered blood pile. Bailey wondered, what just happened.
