|•Y/n pov•|

wow, the metkayina clan..? I haven't been here since I was only a child, oh! And Aonung...I can't wait to see his beautiful face again.

"Y/n!" I hear someone call out my name, as we are soon to be arriving at our destination.

The sun is hot, beaming on my face as we ride on our beautiful ikrans, mine glows purple and a dark brown.

I praise zayla; my ikran, for she has flown a long way to see their cousins.

(Y/n's father calls them cousin's since they have known the metkayina's cheif, Tonowari, since birth, they are best friends and call each other brother's)

I sigh as we approach the metkayina village, admiring their neatly built huts over the water, my heart skips a few beats as we land on the sandy opening infront of the village.

"Hello, my brother, Tonowari, or do you prefer, Cheif? Long time no see!" Y/n's father exclaimed as Tonowari and the village approached with big smiles.

"Haha! Hello old friend, you have come a long way" Tonowari says examining our ikrans.

As my father hops of his ikran, I do the same.

Though I haven't been here in somewhat years, everything seems so familiar, it warms my heart to see flash backs of old memories.

As I'm caught up in my own little world, I suddenly see Aonung, my eyes widen in joy, I am very happy to finally see him again.

"Hello nung!" Y/n calls him a nickname they made up when they were little.

Aonung smiled and said hello back, though y/n didn't seem to notice the boy next to Aonung, Neteyam, whom seemed slightly annoyed.

I hug Aonung, wrapping my arms around him.

"Gosh, I haven't seen you in years, how you been?" I say smiling.

"Oh haha, I've been alright" he replies.

Neteyam looks pissed, though he tried to hide it, it was still very noticeable.

And what was with the nickname, 'nung' it sounds like dung, I guess that would fit, she sure looks like dung anyway, neteyam thoughts lock onto one thing, Aonung is his.

Y/n was touching Aonung's arm with a big smile, and anyone could see she's flirting with him, or maybe Neteyam is just jealous?

Neteyam sees that Aonung and y/n are catching up, chatting with one another. Neteyam was waiting for Aonung to atleast introduce him, but it was as if Neteyam wasn't even there, so he sighs and quietly leaves, now that was something no one noticed.

Neteyam walks off into the Forrest, still pissed about y/n showing up and having Aonung wrapped around her finger.

"Ugh! I can't believe this!" Neteyam hisses angrily to himself.

Neteyam kicks the ground, making the leafs stir slightly.

"She already has him wrapped around her little finger? Really?" He rolled his eyes at the memory.

|Tsireya's pov

She seems a little close, doesn't she? Touching Aonung like that, though she looks different from the last time I'd seen her, her hairs longer, her face is basic really.

Y/n sees tsireya watching and waves to her, giving her a wide smile, tsireya returned with a smile, not wanting to be rude.

as y/n looks back to Aonung, tsireya noticed someone leaving, it was Neteyam.

"Huh?-" she whispered to herself..

She follows Neteyam, quietly, to see if he's okay, like, why the sudden leave?

|Neteyams pov

It's not fair, doesn't he love me? That girl better watch were she steps, or it'll be off a clif, I thought angrily to myself.

I punch the tree, my ears flattened and my tail between my legs, my body shook with the sensation of the punch hitting the tree, maybe I wish it was her f-

My thoughts were interrupted by a loud twig breaking behind me, I immediately spin around, startled, I let out a few breaths when I realised it was only tsireya.

"Are you alright tey? Your acting a little...off, what are you doing out here?"

It was that stupid girl trying to act like the world evolved around her! That's what I wanted to say, but I didn't.

"I am fine." I said blankly with a cold stare, not at tsireya, just at the ground, I love tsireya, I just can't deal with my emotions right now.

"It's that y/n girl hanging around Aonung, right?" Tsireya explains with a annoyed look on her face with just their name, 'y/n'.
