The mutated have been around since 1923 in the year 1925 the corporation Genysis XII was founded to contain all mutated and put them in the under ground city called Desa I. The Corporation was founded due an attack involving the mutated leveling an entire city after the attack the worlds government though best not to eradicate and cause war but to detain for human safety. I'm the year 1958 danger levels were implemented on the mutated the levels are
blue : not harmful means no harm and loves to help can control ability
Green: Can be harmful but tends not to be can control ability
Orange: Harmful tends not to be and cannot control there abilities
Yellow: Extremely harmful tends to kill anybody who decides to mess with them and is able to control ability
Red: Catastrophe Harmful can cause extinction level event must detain if relentless kill on site if causing harm can use abilities against anything and anyone , DO NOT MAKE CONTACT ALONE
The levels luckily only ranged in the city to orange . only 2 red ever lived in the city and they had to be killed because of the event called Devert X. Devert X is an event were 2 red got together and caused major disasters worldwide they were both killed on site.
The population of Desa 1 is 1.7million mutated and 2.3million non mutated.
Within the year 2015 a new mutated has been found with telekinesis and is the only one to ever to be found with this ability his danger level is not yet determined. His name is Nick reed he was born and raised in Desa I.
Reed is now 18 and wants to work for the Retaining force inside the city.
The systems security remains at a 100% schedule. The city is in Canada and is 15,456² mile long area all underground and is up kept with the world best technology.
No human knows about the mutated. The human race stands at a 7.8 billion population. The mutated race stands at a 1.7 million. The Desa I population together stands at 4 million people and growing slowly.
There's a 53.2% chance that the mutated may break out and cause chaos.
