THE NA'VI KIDS SNAPPED THEIR heads up in curiousity as Metkayinas started pouring into the large main fishing playform, Tsireya and Aonung had already stood up and made a beeline to the crowd, Rotxo and Neteyam quickly shot up to follow them and Tuk crawled to her sister "what's happening?" The young girl asked.

Kiri held her head close "it's ok, come on" they all followed the crowd until it was just Ivy and Lo'ak left watching the Metkayinas around them slowly dissapear.

"Somethings wrong, isn't it" Ivy said lowly narrowing her eyes, she could feel it, she could see it in unsettling atmosphere.

"Do you want to go see" he asked, he was already on his knees, he had been waiting for her, she looked up and quickly nodded accepting his hand pulling her up.

Only this time their fingers didn't seperate, they hopped up onto the nets and Ivy found herself tightening her grip on Lo'ak with each noise she heard, her heart dropped even further when she heard the yells and cries of the Metkayina.

Something was very wrong.

They were at the back of the crowd when they heard Tonowari say it "this war has come to us!" The teens ears perked up, Ivys hand jerked against Lo'aks.

No...

In a burst of adrenaline she untwisted her fingers from his and started shoving through the crowd of disturbed Na'vi, Tonowari countinued his speech, Ivy saw him raised on the woven nets with his mate "we knew about this! The hunting of our Tulkun people! But it was over the horizon, far away...now...it is here!"

Ivy felt like screaming, she didn't know at what, no, this couldn't be happened, they'd barely had any time away from the war, how had it already caught up to them?

Tonowari stuck his tounge out, making a growling noise, many other Metkayinas did so, showing their enthusiasm, Ivy felt their power, their rage.

Because she was feeling it too, her breathing had now quickened, not in panic or fear, but anger, because once again she was blinded by it, could the sky people not just leave them the fuck alone?

This wasn't fair.

Lo'ak had already arrived by her side, her fists were clenched, her nails dug into her palms so hard she felt her skin rip, but the pain of it didn't compare to the pian in her heart.

Lo'ak snatched up her hands bringing her back to reality inspecting the wounds, but the girl wasn't paying attention to that, her fury was clouding her mind "you've gotta understand how the sky people think!" Jake begged the cheering Na'vi "they don't care about the great balance!"

Ivy looked around, Tsireya was crying and she looked incredibly distressed as did Kiri, Roxto and Aonung had fierce faces, prepared to fight, Oeyani had a stoic face, with furrowed brows and Laurite was glancing around nervously.

"The sky people are not gonna stop this is only the beginning!" Jake told them speaking from experience, Ivy could only pray they would listen "you've gotta tell your Tulkuns to leave!" He yelled out to everyone "you've gotta tell them to go far away!"

The sparked outrage in the form of dissapointed stares.

"Leave!?" Ronal exclaimed in disbelief looking down at Jake "you live among us...and you learn nothing"

"WE WILL FIGHT TO PROTECT OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS!" A Metkayina man yelled out, this triggered more and more tounges out and cheers rocking Ivy so she clung to Lo'aks arm.

"No no no!" Jake pleaded "if you attack, if you fight, then they will destroy you! They will destroy everything that you love"

More yelling and shouting of protest could be heard and Ivy didn't know what to feel, she could understand their frustration, but they wouldn't stand a chance against the sky peoples machinery.
