Chapter 2
I wake up feeling a small body cling to me as I lie uncomfortably on the couch, I look down to see Cardamon still peacefully asleep. The sun glares at us through the slightly open curtains while I try to get up from the couch without waking Cardamon.
I manage to stand up and stretch my stiff muscles without waking him up. I make my way to the kitchen to make us some breakfast. I put the kettle on then start mixing some milk and cereal in two bowls.
Why am I so tired.
I go to grab some coffee out the cupboard only to realise that there is none, there's only tea. I sigh.
Oh right, cardamon doesn't drink coffee. Guess I should buy some today.
The kettle finishes boiling and I start making us some tea as cardamon walks into the kitchen. "Good morning." He say tiredly as he goes to sit on a kitchen stool.
"Morning." I reply, setting the cereal and tea down in front of him. I take a seat across from him as he mutters a thanks and starts eating.
We both finish our breakfast and I wash our dishes quickly. Cardamon has gone off to find Sticky as I make my to my bathroom to shower.
I strip out my clothes and glance in the mirror.
Wow, I even look tired.
I quickly jump in the shower and let the water run down my body.
I should probably get some school work done then grab some coffee. I should also get some strawberry shortcake too.
I finish up in the shower and get dressed and do my hair. I throw on some black jeans with a white crop top and a black jacket. I left my purple hair down.
I go to my room and decide to get some work done. I grab my sticker-covered laptop, sit at my desk and start working.

2 hours later
I can't focus, I'm so bored, I need a change of environment. I feel like I've gotten no work done.
I stand up, shut my laptop and put it in a brown shoulder bag. I go to find Cardomon, he's outside with Sticky.
