Chapter 11-Worry

It was now 11:45pm and Demaurio was nowhere to be seen.After looking through the window for the 100th time I was starting to get a little worried.

So many things were running across my mind.Was he stopped by the police?Has he been caught with drugs?Did the guys that he usually play cards with find out he was cheating?

Everything was so amazing with him and we were so madly inlove but wondering if he was going to make it home each night was terrifying.

Plus I didn't want to call him too often.He said he was coming and he usually keeps his promise.

I got up out the bed to look through the window again and saw his car pull up.
And all the tension just drained from my body and I felt my happy meter go up to max.

I excitedly ran down the stairs and opened the door.
I hugged him as he stepped through the door holding his little overnight bag to side of me.

"Hi baby,I missed you.I thought you weren't coming again"I whined with my face in his chest.

"I know baby..I had to take Lala out tonight and she didn't want me to leave."

Feeling a tad bit of jealousy I pushed it aside.

"Cmon let's go to bed "

He took a shower and came to lay with me in Denzil's bed.I usually sleep in his bed whenever Demaurio came over because his feet would hang off my bed because he was so tall.

I snuggled up to his and lay on his chest as soon as he got in the bed in his white T shit and boxers.

This is what felt right,this felt safe.

In the morning he had to get up at like 5am and leave before Denzil arrived to open up the shop.He would usually be back at like 6am.

I made sure to make up his bed and position everything the same way he had left it.

We planned to meet up again tonight and he kissed me and left.I always feel sad when he has to leave.I might as well get ready for work.

Later on that night
Demaurio came and picked me up and we drove to an open car lot.

We were just talking and chillin when I saw him reach around the back and retrieved a bag.

"I got this for you"

"What is it"?I smiled up at him while taking the bag.

It was a cute little black and white dress.
"Thank you babe,I love it.How did you even know my size?"

He chuckled then said"You and Lala are similar size and she wears a medium so I figured you would too."

I thought this might be the moment to let him know that my period was late.

This was a very short chapter guys.Felt lazy to write.
