눈이 나를 그의 세계로 끌어들였다.
Those eyes had pulled me into his world.

24 hours for everyone is different, for some people, later, we still have time. But for others, time flies like an arrow fired at you, if you stop, you die.

8.41 AM. Class cancellation notice. Yoon Hae-I sighed in front of the class. "I should have seen grandma." She grunted, turning her heels was about to leave. "Soo-hyun sunbae." He stood next to Hae-I, he breathed deeply, looking irritated.

"Sunbaenim!" Yeo joon came, suddenly holding Hae-I's wrist but he lowered his hand holding Hae-I's hand instead as he noticed Soo-hyun's gaze was locked in their hands.

"Gosh, if I had known I would've slept in. Right, Hae-I-ya?" He smirked, shifting his eyes to Soo-Hyun. Soo-hyun's face turned cold and was about to leave. "Joon-ah, ireo jima (don't like this.)" Hae-I said quietly, slowly releasing Yeo Joon's hand with her free hand.

"Now that I think about it, I've never really thanked you. I could've gotten into big trouble that night if it weren't for you. Thank you for helping." Yeo joon kept following Soo-Hyun with a smile as if nothing had happened.

Soo-Hyun clenched his jaw, sighed, stopped, and turned to Yeo Joon. "I get that you're used to people being kind to you but I wasn't trying to help you. You have an overinflated ego." He said with a cold face.

Hae-I then grabs Soo-hyun's arm, trying to calm him down. "Sunbae," She whispered, looking at Soo-Hyun pleading.

"Then were you helping So-bin sunbae?" Yeo joon's words made Hae-I instantly let go of her handheld slowly, pensive looking at the floor.

Soo-Hyun neither spoke nor looked at Hae-I, and went away but Yeo Joon's words make him stop and turn around.

"Gosh, how annoying. The way you look at me as if you know everything is revolting." Yeo Joon said with a furious voice. "Ya! Yeo Joon! Geumanhae jebal! (Please stop!)." Hae-I slightly raised her voice, standing in front of him.

"The person who should stop is you!  Neoneun... yeojeum wae jakku... i sunbae ppyeondeuronya? (Why are you defending him lately?)" He narrowed his eyes at her with a look on his face that Hae-I had never seen before, disbelief, hurt, anger, and jealousy.

Hae-I blinked several times, she opened her mouth and closed it again, biting her lower lip. Yeo Joon scoffed and continued his words with a stern face.

"You're so crooked, you won't even accept other people's acts of kindness. How dare you judge me? You don't know anything about me. What gives you the right?" Soo-Hyun was listening to Yeo Joon with a straight face and narrowed eyes.

"I treated you like my senior because I pitied you, but you disgust me." He said every word with emphasis.

Hae-I snorted angrily. "You crossed the line, Yeo Joon." Soo-Hyun pulled Hae-I's wrist to standing beside him, without breaking his gaze from Yeo Joon.

He scoffed raising one side of his lips upwards. "That's better. It was hard seeing you act so pretentious." They keep staring at each other.

A footstep in the corridor made Hae-I turn to the sound source. So-bin who came running in a hurry immediately stopped her steps when she saw them.

"Is that so? I put on an act knowing you guys would like it."  Yeo Joon's dark face immediately smiled, as if he was no longer the person who was standing in front of them earlier.
