So the most basic kanji out there is numbers. By basic I literally mean just lines. Ill write the definition in English, the Kanji, the furigana (hiragana that tells you what the kanji is),and then the English pronunciation.
- 一 いち i-chi
- ニ に ni
- 三 さん sa-n
- 四 し/よん shi/yo-n
- 五 ご go
- 六 ろく ro-ku
- 七 しち/なな shi-chi/na-na
- 八 はち ha-chi
- 九 きゅう kyu-u
- 十 じゅう jyu-uNow it doesn't seem like much I promise to you that it will get harder and more complicated. That's why these kanji are so important to memorize and write correctly because they are the basics of all kanji.
