It's official: EXO's Kai and SHINee's Sian and are confirmed to be dating! On April 8th SM Entertainment confirmed Dispatch's report of their romantic relationship, stating, "The news about EXO's Kai and SHINee's Sian are true. The two have gone from being close colleagues and close friends for while before getting to know one another better with positive feelings. It is also true that the two have a daughter together. They added, "We'd be grateful if you'd look warmly upon their relationship and family." With the conformation of the news many people want to know if Kai and Sian will be getting married soon.

On December 31at Dispatch revealed that SHINee's Sian and Lee Min Ho were dating but both SM and MHY Entertainment denied the rumors by saying that the two are close friends and that Lee min ho is the godfather of Sian's daughter JinRi.
They even went on to state that Lee Min Ho often visits her house to take her daughter out on dates or he watches her when she is busy with a schedule.
Ever since the news came out that the two are not dating fans have been trying to find out who Sian's boyfriend is.
Dispatch wasted no time trying to figure out who he was and reveal it. Dispatch revealed the news by sharing some pictures of the couple on their way to Incheon Airport.
