Chan's POV

I walked into Soonyoung work place and he greeted me with a smile. " Just finishing up be out in a minute" Soonyoung said and I just nodded. I pulled out my phone and played a game on it for a bit before Soonyoung came out. " Alrught let's go" Soonyoung said. We walked out together and I sighed. " What's wrong" Soonyoung asked. " I've been trying to find work but no one wants me" I said. " I'm sure one will come up" Soonyoung said. I just nodded and we continued walking. I dropped off Soonyoung at his house and then walked to mine. I walked up the stairs half way and saw Minhyuk. " Oh hey" He said. " Just got back" I asked. " Yeah. You?" Minhyuk asked. " Same..." I said. " Somethings bothering you?" Minhyuk said and I just nodded. " Tell me maybe I can help" Minhyuk said. I sighed " I trying to find work" I said. Minhyuk nodded. " I think I can get you something" Minhyuk said. " You can?" I said and faced him. " Yeah I have a friend who works at a PC café and I know he needs a extra hand. I'll text him and then text you the place later" He said and handed me his phone. I put my contact in and handed it back. " Thank you" I said. " Don't sweat it" Minhyuk said. " Welp! Guess I see you on Monday" Minhyuk said and I nodded. I walked inside my apartment and laid down on my bed. " Please let this be the one" I said. I got a text and checked it.

Minhyuk: Just texted him. He said come in tomorrow for a interview. The address is 93-2 Incheon Seoul, South Korea. Good luck 😊

I texted back thank you and fell asleep. I woke up the next morning and got ready for the interview. I went to the address Minhyuk gave me and walked in. I walked up to the front desk and saw a man. " Hi. I'm Lee Chan. I was supposed to come in for a interview." I said. " Ah yes. Please wait as I get the boss" The man said and walked back. Soon another guy walked out and to me. " Lee Chan?" He said. " Yes Hello" I said. " Great meeting you. I'm Mark Tuan. I heard from Minhyuk you are searching for a job?" Mark said. " Yes I am" I said. " Good cause I have a opening. Let's go back and do a interview" Mark said. I followed Mark to the back and sat down in a chair. " Now I already heard from Minhyuk that you are not a Vampire but one of the humans from across the way" Mark said as he sat down. " Yes I am" I said. " That's probably why you haven't gotten a job yet. Most people here don't want any humans as workers. However, I believe anyone can work human or not" Mark said. I nodded. " So let's begin the interview" Mark said. Mark asked me questions and I answer to the best of my abilities. After about 30 minutes the interview ended. " Well to say I'm impressed is a understatement" Mark said as he stood up. I stood up too and Mark walked in front me and held out his hand. " Welcome to the team" Mark said as I took his hand. " You'll start next we Saturday and will only work the weekends as you have school. Your pay is $22 a hour" Mark said. " Yes of course! I promise I'll work hard" I said as I left. " See you Saturday" Mark said as he waved goodbye. I rushed home happy as I finally got a job. I walked into my apartment and called Jeonghan. He picked up and I told him I finally got a job and he congratulated me. I laid down on my bed then texted Minhyuk.

Chan: Thank you so much! I got the job I start next week!
Minhyuk: Congratulations 🎉. Happy to help whenever you need. 😉

I blushed as I looked at my phone. I turned of my phone and went to bed.
