Fastest Hero

Chapter 10

School went on after the work studies program. The days were uneventful except for when Eri would come over to the dorms. Bakugo's sudden change was startling at first but they got used to it. He was calmer, but still had his explosive tendencies. Izuku was sitting with Kirishima, Bakugo and Shoko during lunch when Aizawa came to him.

"Excuse me, but I'll need Midoriya to come with me for a bit"

The others nodded and Izuku followed Aizawa to the teachers lounge.

"Is there a problem?" Izuku asked nervously as all the teachers were there. All Might cleared his throat.

"We've found the location of the league of villains base, and also a warehouse that is connected to the league. We the heroes are planning on a raid like we did for the Shie Hisaikai, and you're coming along"

Izuku smiled widely.

"Okay, but is any other student coming along as well?".

"Only if the hero they intern under decides they are qualified" Nezu answered.

"Okay, so when is this happening?"

"Tonight, we have to act fast to catch them off guard, they won't expect us to rally this quickly, especially after we had a big raid just about a week ago" Nezu continued.

Izuku nodded seeing the sense in what he said. "I guess I'll get ready then"

The teachers dismissed him as they continued to discuss further plans. Izuku walked into the cafeteria to see a crowd had gathered around his table. To his surprise he saw Endeavor talking to Shoko.

"Endeavor?"

The hero turned to his student. "Midoriya, it's nice to see you again, I was here because UA asked me to come, I presume you know why"

Izuku nodded. Endeavor walked towards the teachers lounge as Izuku said "I would like a word later on ... There's something I'd like you to know"

Endeavor nodded and went on his way.

"Didn't know you and Endeavor were all buddy buddy" Bakugo cut in.

"No it's not like that"

Shoko watched him fidget about and knew something was up - especially when his classic grin came to life. Sighing she got up, took him by the arm

"Come on ... we'll be right back"

Bakugo waved absentmindedly and Kirishima gave a thumbs up. The others who saw this began to ask.

"When did that happen?"

Mina squealed with joy, saying they were adorable together. Meanwhile Shoko and Izuku reached a secluded area.

"What are you planning on telling my father?"

Izuku sighed.

"About ... Us"

Shoko blushed a bit but kept her composure. "But I don't know how he'll react, I'm really keen on not getting roasted alive you know"

Shoko giggled much to his annoyance.
"Well I suppose he'd find out eventually, don't worry though, I think you'll be fine"

"Easy for you to say, your not the one facing the most destructive hero in Japan basically telling him you bagged his daughter"

"How about ... You get a bit of motivation" she said closing the distance between them.

"Sho, we're outside, someone would see us" he said looking around, not wanting to make eye contact. She just chuckled,

"Actually that's kind of hot, you know ... Getting caught"
