An eagle was flying in the sky looking for prey until they spotted a rabbit. The eagle screeched with pride and then swooped down toward the rabbit but stopped because a light gray she-cat ran after the rabbit. She successfully caught the rabbit and walked away with the rabbit in her jaws. Pray stealer! The eagle screeched in anger as the she-cat walked away with their prey and flew away. The eagle succeeded at catching some mice while flying back to their nest while not paying attention.

The eagle crashed into a hawk knocking something out of its talons. The hawk screeched at the eagle and flew off not even bothering catching what was holding. The eagle swooped down to catch just before it hit the ground and the eagle looked at what they caught. It was small and had a white pelt that was slightly disheveled, the creature looked up at the eagle with its bright blue eyes. Instead of running away from the eagle the creature cuddled up to them which made the eagle think 'Why isn't the small creature afraid of me?'.

The eagle sniffed the small creature and it smelled like a chick. The little creature let out a soft squeak as it curled up and looked up at the eagle. The eagle eyes shined with affection and love. 'My chick.' The eagle said as it grabbed the creature with their talons but not too hard that it would hurt the little creature and flew up towards its nest.

When the eagle went to its nest where it nested tightly in some branches on a tall sycamore tree the eagle placed the small creature in the tree hole right next to their nest. The eagle instructed the creature the best they could to tell the creature to stay where they are, they'll be there. The creature seemed to understand and stayed until the eagle flew away and came back within seconds carrying some moss in its talons and beak and placed the moss in the tree hole then placed some of the eagle's feathers along with the moss bedding.

The sun was going down and night came and the eagle told the small creature it was time to go to sleep by leading it to its new moss nest. The small creature just looked at the eagle and started to curl up in the moss nest and go to sleep. The eagle looked at the small creature lovingly as it went to its nest and started to fall asleep. Then the eagle felt something moving in its nest. The eagle opened its eyes to see the small creature in their nest trying to get comfortable. The small creature noticed that you were awake and looked up at the eagle with pleading eyes. Not wanting to upset the small creature, the eagle let the small creature sleep in their nest. The little creature curled up near the eagle stomach and fell asleep and the eagle covered the small creature with its wing and fell asleep.
