"There are no prior commitments to be made at this time, my Lady." (Y/N) Michaelis, the personal butler of Winter Schnee, stated to the latter.
"No commitments?" Winter asked.
"Nothing has been planned, we have an hour of free time allocated."
Winter squinted at her butler. "Are you sure there's nothing?"
"Absolutely nothing for the next hour." (Y/N) emphasised.
Winter held her chin in thought, usually it was rare for Winter have free time available, given her position as Lieutenant mandating duties from reporting to General Ironwood, checking up on logistics, and the recruitment process as done earlier, and many more duties. "Hm, I suppose it would be a good time for lunch."
"A splendid idea, my Lady." (Y/N) praised in exaggeration. "I have a few ideas planned for lunch, perhaps Roasted Lamb with Spring Herb Crumbs along with Yorkshire Pudding, or maybe Beef Wellington with a slice of St. Clement's Pie, or even Sh---"
Winter faked a cough to stop (Y/N) from suggesting anything else. "I'm craving cafeteria food for today."
"Of course, my Lady." (Y/N) responded with a bow.
______________
With Altas Academy's reputation as a strict environment for a huntsman / huntress institution, doubling both as an academy and the military force of Atlas, it also comes with an equally strict timetable and discipline expected from its cohort. However, one of the few freedoms each individual student were able to control were the times of their breaks, which in turn affects their timetable curriculum. After all, it was important for a soldier to be in top condition, and nutrition was an important requirement to maintaining one's physical peak.
Winter, as a high ranking officer of the military as mentioned earlier, usually would not have much free time on her schedule, therefore she would typically order (Y/N) to bring in small meals which could be quickly eaten in between allocated times. Although Winter said earlier she had a craving for food from the cafeteria, her visit to the cafeteria would also serve as a quality check to ensure the staff were still working effectively and providing the best possible nutrition and service to the cohort.
"We have arrived, my Lady." (Y/N) stated, opening the cafeteria doors to allow Winter entry.
The cafeteria was of a considerably large size, allowing it to house roughly a thousand students at a time, along with the appropriate amount of cooks and chefs and beverage stations to accommodate the amount. And Winter's entry had caught the attention of the cadets currently present in the cafeteria, shown by their attention turned to Winter and her butler, as it was a rarity for high-ranking officers to spend their time in the cafeteria for any reason, their impression of high-ranking officers being that their personal meals were brought to their offices, especially Winter because of (Y/N). Speaking of (Y/N), the female students stopped their actions to swoon all over her butler, much to the chagrin of their male counterparts.
"Let's go (Y/N)" Winter ordered, beginning to march to one of the empty cafeteria tables to seat herself down.
"Not there, my Lady." (Y/N) called to Winter.
"What are you saying?" Winter responded in slight confusion, turning towards her butler. "We're just going to sit down and eat like all the other cadets."
"But my Lady." (Y/N) in an exaggerated surprise, waving his arm towards a certain direction. "Your seat is right over there."
Winter remained confused, not seeing a glimpse of what (Y/N) was waving his arm towards. She begun marching at the direction (Y/N) pointed, immediately pausing in her tracks when she finally saw it.
