Confrontation

To remind you about what happened last weekend, my first kiss was stolen by a redhead basketball player. And now Athena wouldn't stop bothering me for it which is irritating as hell...
That time right after Akashi left me still sitting in shock, I was found by Athena who only went to the toilet for a few minutes. It all happened in only some minutes, but it was as if time stopped at that moment when our lips intersected... She had such a concerned expression and her gaze fixated on my face. "You sure you're okay?" That was in a curious tone, not a considerate one. Realising something's probably odd to her, I immediately took out my mirror.
Just to see a fade pink mark right under my lower lip.
That jerk!

Now I'm back at school, depressing days I know. What's worse, Athena has noticed my feelings for Akashi unfortunately, and acted a bit too supportive considering how horrible she's thought of Akashi. Though thanks to her, I got Akashi's number from her 'amazing tracking skills' through social links.
I stare at my phone's screen in countless doubts. His profile picture is just his school headshot (which I found hilarious because he looked so serious and strict there). Even with 200% of courage, I was still very hesitant whether to send him a message or not.
What should I talk about? The weather? A greeting? I should tell him that this is Kiana, my, number. My thumbs started doing their job quick and efficient. Yet, a plain message of introduction might sound too dry, should I add an emoji?
"Hmm, a crown emoji would be nice." A voice from behind startled me. I turned around just to see Akashi's gaze right above me. Maybe my expression exposed my thoughts, because I was totally shocked. "C'mon, you don't want to see me that bad?" His words turned into soft winds, blew into my ears. "Haha, you look so adorable when you're embarrassed, you know?" I could sense my cheeks becoming red. "Don't you have practice? You're going to be late." The only topic I could talk to distract myself from his teasing. Akashi's face darkened for a moment, but then he just walked away casually, with a raised hand bidding me goodbye.

For the last lesson of the day, we were given the form to decide which high school we're attending to--I can't help but wonder which one Akashi would choose.
As I looked out the window, coincidentally the basketball team is still practicing. Yet something seemed off: there're definitely less people, at least I didn't see Aomine or Murasakibara.

Did they catch a cold?

Of course not, last weekend they were still playing and dominating the court easily.

So... what is it?

I could sense a tension inside the team from faraway.

The class was dismissed minutes earlier, perfect for me to find out what the hell is going on. Luckily there's Athena waiting right outside for me.
"Oh you haven't heard? Apparently your favourite redhead has beaten the shit out of Murasakibara in a 1v1, and then Aomine threw a tantrum or something, at least that's what I heard." I listened in absolute disbelief. "Akashi said they don't have to come to practice as long as they can still win." No, that's not Akashi. He's the leader of Teiko Basketball team and he valued them more than his academics, he would never say that!
I said bye to Athena since she had to catch the bus, and then rushed as fast as I could to the gym.

"AKASHI SEIJURO!"

The person I called for turned his back, yet the atmosphere is filled with horrifying rage. Despite his fearful presence, what I noticed was misery like a lost child's.
"What?" Akashi glared at me, this time not like any other times we had, not welcoming ones nor teasy ones, but a cold gaze enough to send me shivers. Other members are practicing as normal, but I knew everyone's eyes were on us.
"He'll break himself down sooner or later." A cataclysmic thought came to my mind.
Emotions could take over the priority of Logic, because my body moved before I even continued thinking of a solution: I embraced him with all the warmth I had on me. His appalled expression, his sweat soaking through his uniform, his heartbeat pumping as the same pace as mine. This is a total out-of-character act of mine, but maybe if I didn't give him this hug, he might do something more dangerous...
An imprudent push was his answer. I couldn't help but fell onto the floor helplessly as he stared at me with disgust.

"So you're the girl he was always blabbering on about." I quickly got myself up for an interrogation.
"Who are you?"
He is NOT Akashi. That's a definite. The redhead I've known wouldn't lose his cool to the point pushing a girl so harshly, especially when other member's could literally witness this destruction of his reputation. This person might be the one who choked me that day.
"What do you mean? I'm Akashi Seijuro, the captain of the Teiko Basketball team." He laughed those words out creepily, as if the role sounds like a joke to him. He is not Akashi, yet right now, he is speaking as Akashi. Sickening.
I gasped for courage, wishing for all that ends well. "Say, what were you doing on the weekends?"
The 'Akashi' chuckled again, but that's not working for the second time--I'm not here to fuck with this bitch, I'm here to get my man back. "Did you forget? We had a game with Seirin, and they went home with a total defeat. HAHAH!!" His repulsive tone makes me nauseous, only strengthening my determination to retrieve the true Akashi back no matter what.

"And..?"

"And what, Kiana Mandan?"

"Wrong." I shrugged sarcastically.

People that surrounded us listened in silence, some distressed some surprised.

"You stole my first kiss that day."

Everyone's jaw dropped six feet under. The ultimate bait and twist that the 'Akashi' wouldn't know, because he is the 'logical and superior' side of him. He doesn't share the memories of Akashi Seijuro if they're not associated with 'victory'.
Ha, how do I know this redhead better than himself?
"Oh, I see."
An unfriendly smirk as he speaks. "So, do you want me to do that again?" I despise how he just keeps smiling like he knew everything that's going on. I hate it so much. I hate Akashi being like this, I want the Akashi Seijuro I knew back, I need him.
"To smooch a shithead who's obsessed with victory? With my pure maiden lips? In your fucking dreams." Grabbing his tie so our eyes meet at the same level, pulling him towards me so he realises the heat burning in us isn't love but rage.

"You're literally asking for it, little bitch." "Excuse you-" And our lips touched again. Right in the trap, little brat. I'm not letting him kissing me so forcefully for free, he HAS to learn his lesson. 'Akashi' burbled his pain after I bit his tongue as hard as soft as I could. I've got the hang of it now, and so I didn't let him breathe until our saliva and the blood leaking from his tongue intertwined together.
