In the mess, Koel, Faizi, Sid and Sanju were sitting on one table sipping on their cups of coffee and the rest were on the other one.

Keol - Guys, Karan sir Monu se kitna zyada pyaar karte hain na?

Sid (to himself, while looking at Sanju) - Kaash koi itna mujhse bhi karta!

Sid whispered it to himself but to his bad luck, Sanju heard it and glared him to which he instantly shut up.

Sanju - Je baat to tune pate ki kahi, Koel. Sirji aur Monami ek dusre se beshumar pyaar karte hain.

Faizi - Haan bhai, ab Romeo-Juliet, Laila-Majnu, Heer-Ranjha, Soni-Mahiwal ke baad inka hi naam aata hai!

All laughed on Faizi's praising and as Sanju wanted to show something to Koel, Koel was in SanMi's room. While Faizi and Sid being extreme Velle, too went in SanMi's room as apni waliyo ke saath rehne ka ek bhi mauka chhodte hain kya?!

On the other side, Monami was just walking on the terrace as she got a call from her hospital regarding some official work, when something strikes her.

Monami (in shock) - Oh shit! Main to Sid ko batana hi bhool gayi that I'm engaged! How could I? Koi na, abhi bata deti hoon!

Monami went downstairs while hopping in excitement like a rabbit and as she opens the door of her room, she sees Sid, Faizi, Koel and Sanju sitting on her bed and talking on miscellaneous topics.

Sid - Arre Monu bro, tu idhar?

Monami (squinted eyes) - Mera hi room hai!

All chuckled and Monami shook her head in disbelief.

Monami (in excitement) - Vaise main tum sabko kuchh batana bhool gayi.

Sanju - Ka?

Monami - Tum sabko pata hai ki main aur Karan Jaipur gaye thhe...

Faizi (in teasing tone) - Apne pre-wedding honeymoon ke liye!

Monami blushed and nodded in yes.

Monami - to...vaha maine ek new discovery ki!

Koel - Kya?? Jaldi bol na, suspense mat badha.

Monami (dreamily) - Ki...Khadoos Shergill sirf Khadoos nahi, Sweet Shergill, Cute Shergill and damn too Romantic Shergill bhi hai!

Sid - Main kuch samjha nahi.

Monami (excitedly, while flaunting her left hand) - KARAN PROPOSED TO ME! I'M ENGAGED!!!

Everyone was in a shock for a moment and couldn't believe what they heard. They even forgot to react, but Sid's scream broke their trance, and all got extremely happy on getting this news. They were happy from the bottom of their hearts for their friends as they're soon going to get married!

Sid went and jumped on Monami making her stumble, but she balanced herself and reciprocated Sid's tight hug. Rest just chuckled and adored SiMi and their love & friendship. One by one, all came and congratulated Monami by hugging her and expressing their joy.

Faizi - Hume to yakeen hi nahi ho raha hai ki humare sharmeele mijaaz wale Janabji ne apni mohtarma ko shaadi ke liye propose kar diya!

Monami (in mind) - Hmm...sharmeela. Mujhse puchho na kitna 'sharmeela' hai!

Sanju - Vaise doctorni, a.. humao matlab Bhabhiji, sirji ne tanne propose kaise kiyo?

Koel - Haan, ye to mera bhi question tha ki humare soon to be jiju ne humari Monu ko propose kaise kiya?

Monami's cheeks heated up and turned red on the mention of 'Bhabhiji' and 'Jiju'.

Sid - Oye hoye! Dekho to Monu bro ke gaal kaise laal tamatar ho gaye!
