This is only a first look at a book that will be later sold on Amazon.

Hello, I'm Katherine Waggoner and I am proud to present to you this piece. I hope that the story of these heroes can resonate with many of you, and that you can connect with at least one of the characters. This story was inspired by Marvel Studios Spider-Man No Way Home, ironically enough. The Lord gave me the idea whole-heartedly, but I was thinking about the sacrifice made by Peter Parker in that movie and it made me realize that there are no super heroes for Christians.

That means that there isn't a super hero genre for my nieces and my nephew to look up to. They all look up to Spider-Man which is the most Christian of the heroes, in my personal opinion with his selflessness, and his sacrifices that he makes in every single movie. He puts the safety of his city before the safety of himself and seeks no glory for it. It broke my heart to know that my nieces and nephew would never get the chance to look up to a hero with Christian values.

So I sought out to create a villain and a group of heroes inspired by the Bible and by the world we live in today to create a modern take on a heroism with real-life problems and realistic characteristics that show that even the most noble of Christians have many imperfections and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

It's funny how this story is for teens and adults and yet the story was inspired by a 3 year old boy. My nieces are also a reason why I am making this book, but my nephew's adoration towards super heroes like "Pider-man!", "Mat-Man!", and "Da Fwash!" made me realize that I want him to have characters to look up to that uphold our religious values, and in extent, I believe that all of our community deserves to have a super hero genre of our own. Super Heroes that go along the lines of Christian values more-so than the average Super-Hero.

On average over 50% ofAmericans watch super-hero related films and that means that the majority ofthe U.S. watch these kinds of films, and Christians are bound to be included inthat. So with that being said, I present to you The Armory.
