I was with my brother's friend. Tenma Udai we were at the hospital to look over my leg from last year and to see if I was able to play again. I knew that I wanted to play again, I needed to play again. it was who I was, it was in my blood to play.
"everything is fully healed," Dr. James said to me.
"that means she can play agian right?" Tenma asked him.
"yes she play again just like she used to. she is more than ready to play. her muscle healed the way is was meant to and its stronger now," he said as he gave me a athetic brace that he had ordered.
"wear this when you play. I know that I said that she is fully heal and everything but it can be torn again. this is just for her saftey," he said as he gave me it along with back ups.
"thank you," I said to him adn then left.
"whats wrong?" Tenma asked me as we left the office.
"I want to play, I really do but what if the team is like the other?" i asked him
"you chose karsuno right?" he asked me.
"Yeah I did. Grandpa and Shin went to that school, same as you," I said to him.
"find the captain, talk to him and see what he thinks. if he is anything like my old captain? he will let you play," he said to me and then l hugged me. soon we made it to the shop and I saw the two older boys again.
"I saw you two watching the game in middle school," I said to them.
"Huh?" The dark haired boy said,
"Selia Ukai, the Empress," the silver haird boy said.
"that would be me," I said to them.
"Im Sugawara Koshi and this is Sawamaru Daichi, we are the vice captain and captain of Karsuno boys volleyball team," the silver haird boy named suga said to me.
"nice to meet you, Shin stop Glaring," I said without looking at my brother.
"I am not," he said.
"he is, Shin stop it. she can handle herself," Tenma said as he smacked him upside the head.
"sorry about him, he's protective," I said to them as I lead them to the table.
"oh its not a problem," Daichi said as he sat down.
"can I ask you guys something?" I asked them.
"yeah sure," Suga said to me.
"If I went to your school, would you let me play on your team?" I asked them.
"you can if you wanted, we seen how you played. I must say, your amazing but it wasn't at all fair to you when they treated you that way," Daichi said to me.
"yeah. since then I haven't really played that much. I was recovering," I said to them.
that was when they rememdered what had happened to me.
they gave me a sad smiled and said that the team will help me if I went to their school. soon they left and i walked to the door. I watched with a look that Tenma knew to well.
"she misses being aprat of a team," he said to my brother.
"yeah. Granps has even tried to get her to help him with the kids that he is teaching." he said.
soon I looked at my phine and saw that my other grandpa wanted me to meet someone.
"hey Grandpa Washijo wants me to come vist him and meet someone," I said to him.
"alright, don't stay out to late, you have school in the morning," he said to me.
I took a bus to the academy and went to the gym. he told me that the team was practicing. the moment I reached the door. I stopped. i listened and then jumped as a ball came flying.
"Im so sorry, are you okay?" a tall boy with black bowl cut hair asked me.
"Im alright," I said to him as i went into the gym.
the thrid years stopped and looked at me. the knew that I was s Ukai but what was I doing here.
"hey Grandpa," I said to Tanji washijo.
"hey there is my firefly," he said to me as he came up to me and hugged me.
he held me in his arms and then got his team around us.
"lele, I wnat you to meet Wakatoshi Ushijima," he said to me. I studie him.
he was 6'2.6 , 189.5 cenameters tall, olive hair, greenish eyes, captain, ace and ether a left or right wing Spiker. one of the top 3 aces in his age range, very intinmdating,
"Coach what is she doing?" somone asked.
"she is analizing you," he said and he tensed up.
"captain, ace, wing spiker. 6'2 ft, 189.5 cm, strong," I said to him and he was shocked that I had it right.
"did you tell her that?" he asked and I smiled at him.
"no he didn't. he told me that he has someone here for me to meet," I said to him and he was shocked that I got everything about him right.
"so im going to Karsuno," I said to grandpa and he smiled when I said that. he knew that I needed a team that is welling to keep me safe.
"why would you go there when you should go here," someone said and I looked at them with anger in my eye.
"the last time I went to a school liked this in middle school, I had to stop playing and recover or I would never play at the level I play at now,"" I said to them and they saw that I was angry.
"I have to go, I have school in the morning, by grandpa, tell grangran I miss her and I will vist this weekend," I said to grandpa and he nodded to me. soon i headed back home and sighed.
"I made dinner," Tenma said as he looked at me and hugged me.
soon i went to bed after eating and I knew that I was going to be welcomed there and play with the boys volleyball team, the captian would let me, if my brother would stop glaring at him everytime he saw the captain around me.
"welcome to karsuno High school" he said to me and I smiled. i was at a school that made it feel like I was home.
