In the story:
All three of them gave admissions to different universities because all of them chose three different subjects.
Eunwoo and Y/N got into the same university but different subjects and areas while Dongmin got into a different university. They didn't meet very often but they chatted and called everyday.
One day, in the evening after returning home Dongmin called Y/N but she didn't pick up the call.
Dongmin was really worried about Y/N. Eunwoo also called Y/N but she didn't pick it up.
Later at night:
Nanny wasn't home. And Dongwook was coming very late so Dongmin was having dinner by himself. While eating he kept calling Y/N and texting.

After calling a few more times, Y/N accepted the call.
Dongmin: Finally you accepted my call after trying multiple times! It's not fair! What were you doing? Watching kdrama I guess. Is kdrama more important to you than me??
Y/N in a broken voice: Oh Dongmin..No I wasn't watching kdrama.
Dongmin with concern: What happened to your voice? Are you sick?
Y/N: Just a little bit. It's nothing serious. I'll talk to you tomorrow. I should rest..
Dongmin: You sound really ill. Should I come over?
Y/N: No no. It's really late, so good night.
Dongmin informed Eunwoo about Y/N too.
They were both in distraught but it was too late to leave or they would rise suspicion for their parents.
Next day:
The doorbell at Y/N's house was ringing but after many time of ringing without any response back, Dongmin entered the house with the password.
Dongmin noticed food covered in a plate without a single bite taken. And the room was awfully dark, hinting that Y/N hadn't eaten anything.
He opened the curtains and let the light in.
Upon entering the bedroom, he saw Y/N cocooned completely inside her blanket.
He removed the blanket from her face.
Her cheeks were bright red. She had a flushed face with glassy eyes. She was shivering a lot.
