I used my flashlight to illuminate the tunnel. Bookcases filled with odd books grew out of the walls. Vines in fluorescent hues covered the walls. Chairs floated around, paintings hung upside down. My heart pounded. Maybe this hadn't been such a good idea after all. Anita had curled up, and rocked slowly as we floated down. Jenai floated happily, laying on her back. I pointed the flashlight towards the bottom. A tiled floor appeared. "Get ready to land!" I yelled, just as my feet tapped the ground. Jenai picks up a little bottle. "No way." she murmurs. The little tag says "drink me" I shrug, pop open the cap and sip. It tastes terrible. Jenai grabs the bottle and sips. Her face shows that she hates it too. We turn to Anita. "No way." she says. Jenai holds her down and I pour the liquid into her mouth just as the tingling starts. Everything in me shrinks. Anita shivers, Jenai gasps. Then I smack my forehead. "Wait." I say, looking up. "The platform. We need to get there." Jenai grabs a giant cake. "Let's do it." I say. Anita just sighs. We all shove cake in our mouths, and watch as our bodies grow rapidly. Then, we go onto the platform and I just kick the curtain down. "I'm not doing any of that mouse trap crap." I say. We all walk down the hallway, straight into the woods. "What?" I say. "This isn't right!" But Jenai walks forward. Then I remember that Wonderland's landscape changes. As we trudge through the woods, I look around. I find it odd we haven't seen anyone yet. And that's when we see the smoke.
