"Meera come back right now and complete this" Ayra yelled at her 5-year-old goofball who was busy practicing for her bestie's engagement dance. Meera was on ninth cloud yesterday when Vihaan informed her about her bestie and handsome's marriage. She decided to prepare a special dance performance with Mistha and Raghav.
"No bestie, you told me to solve 10 questions in the worksheet, I did now I will dance" she squealed back, trying to imitate Mistha's moves.
"Just 5 more additions and I will let you dance come back or..." Ayra suggested
"Or what?" Meera amusingly asked
"I will throw the music system out of the house" she shot back as if that's the best comeback ever
"Nani will scold you" Meera giggled
"You better come back before I count till 3, if you don't wish to get scold by me"
"Daddy is right when he says that you are annoying"
"You didn't say that" Ayra infuriated, making a mental note to punch Vihaan on his face. Meera moved back to the couch, sat on Ayra's lap, and solved remaining questions
"Dii, please perform on a romantic song with Aarav bhai" Raghav enthusiastically requested while lying on the couch, placing his head on Ayra's empty thigh
"You want me to throw you out of this house as well" Ayra exasperated
"Meeru, you were right she is annoying" Raghav pouted at Meera to which she sightly nodded, while focusing on her answer sheet
"Dii it's you who going to move out this house not us" Mistha joined them, lowering the music on the speaker
"Who is happiest person on earth? Ayra Rai because she no longer needs to tolerate two chimpanzees on daily bases." she proudly chuckled, thinking how she needed to handle a non-species named Aarav Mehra for some months. Poor soul.
"Oh, even we won't miss you, rather I will throw a grand party once you will leave us" Mistha teased her, winking at her younger brother, who gave a hi-fi to her
"Bestie, Mistha dii is pretty don't call her chimpanzee" Meera said while handing her answer sheet to Ayra
"What about me little doll?" Raghav questioned her
"Raghav bhaiya, chimpanzee looks similar to you in my GK book" she frowned
"You little" Raghav pulled Meera on his lap and tickled her. Mistha tickled Raghav and Ayra couldn't help but record their adorable smiles on her phone. Honestly, even if she is moving out for some months, she will be going to miss these two chimpanzees, handling them, laughing at their antics, jamming with them at times, Mistha and Raghav are part of her day and night. She knew off-lately, she ignored them due to project, now that she is moving out for some time with this marriage, it makes her a little abject.
A knock at her door broke their laughter, all their eyes moved towards the door, only to find Arvind Rai holding a tray of coffee for the kids. Ayra hissed at the arrival of the unwanted guest in her room.
"Coffee for all" Arvind walked towards the couch and forwarded coffee mugs to Mistha and Raghav, keeping Ayra's cup on the side table
"Nanu where is my chocolate milkshake?" Meera stood up on the couch, placing her hands on the waist.
"Meeru's Nani is waiting for her with her favorite milkshake in her room" Arvind gave a heartful smile to her, helping her to get down from the couch
"Bestie good night, I will sleep with Nani today" with that she ran out of the room like a storm.
