Welcome back, today is a very long chapter, I hope it will be to your liking.

"Yes. The new policy involving the militarization of Paris is worrying to say the least." A woman spoke in microphone that was being held to her face.

"I mean, seriously? Bringing the army in town, is that really necessary? We're already worrying enough about Hawkmoth as is." The woman sighs, relaxing her shoulders.

"Not only that, but Ladybug and Cat Noir have already proven themselves over the last year to be our city's protectors. So there really is no need for a tightening in our city's security."

The screen on which the woman could be seen, shrinked in size and moved to the top right corner of the total broadcasting screen, leaving place for a journalist to appear on the rest of the screen.

"Thank you, Amelia. Your worries about the new policy pitch are noted. It would appear that about sixty-five percent of the city's population agree with you and are against the installation of military camps in town." The journalist explained, keeping her microphone near her mouth as she read a piece of paper.

"We will now have the mayor, mister Bourgeois to give some further explanation." The woman now looked back at the camera, seemingly looking at the audience behind the screen.

"Mister the mayor, could you elaborate on the potential new policy? There may be some misconceptions you may want to clarify?"

Another person's image now appeared on the screen, taking over the journalist's screen space. It was the mayor, Andrey Bourgeois, seemingly looking down at his camera.

"Yes, thank you Nadja. I would like to start by saying that desperate times require desperate measures." Andrey brought a closed fist to his mouth and cleared his throat.

"Let me explain the possible official policies our authorities have thought of as well as a message from our local officers." Andrey put his glasses on, grabbed a piece of paper as a picture of the message on his paper was put on display before he started reading the following:

"Over a year has now passed since enemy of the state Hawkmoth has started terrorizing the people and the city of Paris.

Once a city of love and beauty, it is gradually becoming the very Center of fear and hatred of the continent, with Akuma attacks becoming more and more frequent.

While the friendly unknown entities such as Ladybug and Cat Noir have also appeared out of nowhere to protect us, we fear that their abilities are limited to pushing back the enemy. And that, only temporarily.

As far as we know they have made no progress on tracking the puppetmaster behind these terrible attacks; Hawkmoth.

And it is with great shame that I say to you, the people of Paris, that we, the public authorities of the city have made no more progress than Ladybug and Cat Noir.

How long can we accept this terrorist to continue his attacks during our daily lives that are already so complicated?

Hawkmoth is a criminal, a very dangerous one at that. It is time for us to stop him so that we may live normal lives again. But to do so, we require that drastic measures be taken for an undetermined period of time.

The following policies must be authorized if we are to dream of ever being freed of the terrorist known as Hawkmoth and to once again find a semblent of normality within our lives :
