Michael, Sera, and Mandy head further into the forest. The girls help Michael avoid several trap holes. After a while they come across a girl with long white hair and Michael quickly identifies her.

"Lizzie, I presume? We're heading to confront the evil sorcerer at the heart of this forest so we can lift the curse said sorcerer put on the forest and you girls", Michael explains to the girl.
"Whatever", Lizzie remarks, "I'm not interested in fighting an evil sorcerer, but if you think it'll lift the curse on this place, i'm rooting for you". She promptly walks away. The trio continues on their way and soon encounters a large spider web. A girl with purple hair jumps Michael from behind.

"Nice to see you too, Aitra", Michael comments. Mandy walks up and punches Aitra, knocking her off of Michael.
"You stay away from Michael", Mandy insists. Michael, Sera, and Mandy navigate around the spider web and continue their journey. Aitra follows after them, and the four adventurers head deeper into the forest. After Michael nearly falls in another trap hole, they meet another of the missing girls, Melony.

"If you're curious as to why there are so many trap holes in this forest, the carnivorous creatures forced us to dig them as a means to catch prey", Melony explains. She then runs off before they can ask her to join their team.
They begin to near the center of the forest, and the top of the stone fortress can be seen in the distance. However, it begins to rain. As the four travelers run for cover, a female voice calls to them.
"Over here", it yells. Michael notices a girl with strawberry-blonde hair sitting under a large flower with red petals. she's a bit taller than the other girls.

Michael checks his flyers as they take shelter beside the girl under the large plant.
"You are Raffeyette, right", Michael inquires.
"Around this forest, i'm called Rafflesia. The forest's curse made each of us gain new names. your friends there became Drosera, Mantis, and Atrax", Raffeyette explains.
"Most of us reject the forest's names for us, though", Sera adds. They notice its gotten dark out and decide to bed down for the night. Michael doses off first, and it doesn't take long for Sera, Mandy, and Aitra to cuddle up beside him. Raffeyette keeps to herself as she goes to sleep.
