"Be careful ok" Sujin stood next to her stood case with a worried look.
"Eomma I'll be fine, plus I have Nam- I mean Mr Kang if I need anything." He smiled.
"Alright, I love you." Sujin gave one last hug
"I'll be perfectly fine, and you'll be back soon." Taehyung broke the hug.
Taehyung waved his mother off before walking back to his car.
As he walked into his house he switched on the lights.
it felt weird, he lived with his mother for his whole life and all of a sudden when she wasn't here he felt different.
He ate some leftovers while watching some TV before heading to bed.
*Next Morning*
Taehyung slept peacefully like a baby when the sound of the doorbell woke him up.
He squinted his eyes looking at the time which showed '7:30'
It's too early he groaned face planting himself into his pillow.
But the person at to door just refused to leave.
He reluctantly got up putting on his slippers.
He yawned as he opened the front door.
He saw a cute smiling Namjoo.
"What are you doing here so early?" He rubbed his eye.
"Who's going to make you breakfast?" Namjoo stepped inside looking around making Taehyung back up into the couch arm rest falling back.
Namjoo giggled before leaving to the kitchen.
"So what do you want?" Namjoo opened the fridge.
"Um pancakes?" Taehyung stood up scratching his head.
"Alright." Namjoo got to work as Taehyung watched some TV.
"Do you have work today?" Taehyung asked.
"No, I asked for weekends off so we can spend time together." Namjoo poured the batter onto a pan.
Just a few minutes later Namjoo handed a plate of stacked pancakes with syrup and strawberries.
"How'd you know I like strawberries?" Taehyung grinned looking at his plate.
"It was the only thing you had in the fridge." Namjoo chuckled.
"This is amazing-" Taehyung took a bite.
"Why thank you." Namjoo head bowed.
"When did you learn to cook?" Taehyung questioned.
"I'm interested in cooking, I took classes in school and now working at my uncle's restaurant I've gotten a bit better." Namjoo nodded.
After eating Namjoo was washing the dishes when Taehyung walked up behind her.
"It's nice having you around." He wrapped his arms around her waist snuggling his face into the crook of her neck.
"What do you wanna do today?" She asked.
"Let's get lunch later." Taehyung suggested.
