The TV was on but Nanon couldn’t hear anything.

He could see the figures talking and laughing but Nanon was too consumed in his own thoughts to even understand the point of their discussion.

And so he continued to stare into oblivion.

His thoughts were miles away. His thoughts were on a young boy looking back at him with the most hurt expression the boy has ever made since meeting with him.

That made Nanon feel bad, the fact that he hurt him like that. He was feeling guilty for the way he dismissed Ohm’s feelings.

But what more could he do? It was not as if he could up and accept his feelings. There was a lot to consider, for instance their work relation.

He was currently working for Fashionista, and that was his current boss and he didn’t want to do anything to jeopardise his job just for the sake of a work romance.

Secondly the social standards between them were far too great. Ohm was a known celebrity now.

People knew of him and talked about him all day long. People admired him.

He had paparazzi everywhere he went. Ohm was out there and Nanon wasn’t.

Having that type of person around, who was on daily magazine outlets was draining.

He was the type of person the gossip columns talked about on a daily basis and Nanon didn’t want his life to be linked to that type of lifestyle.

He didn't want his life to be out there for people to see and talk about.

Thirdly, he still had his own pending issues to deal with before he can even consider dating anyone.

He was still paranoid and fearful even though it has been four years since his last relationship.

How things went down in his past relationship left rather a deep scar.

He was still not ready to give away a part of himself to anyone only for him to get hurt again.

He was still not keen on trusting anyone. He still hadn’t fully healed even after all these years.

So being with Ohm in a relationship looking at the reasons laid out was not possible.

He took a huge gulp from his wine, finishing off the contents in one swoop before making his way to bed, hoping for a better tomorrow.

He was going to need the energy. Tomorrow they were going to cover the fourth photoshoot out of their fifth. Outdoor photoshoot.

The themes they have had with regards to these photoshoots have been quite unique.

They had to demonstrate just how one can pull out gym clothes in a beach setting theme, in a warrior theme, and a jungle theme.

The ideas that came along from just brainstorming with the rest of the crew had been wonderful.

They had to be creative, find a way they could make whole outfits fit into the categories. 

The Outdoor photoshoot wasn’t going to be hard since this was an everyday thing but because it was an everyday thing, Nanon was now going to be forced to also be creative and bring about something new to the table.

He loved a little bit of challenge and he was going to ensure that he brings the best of his A-game.

Ohm wondered if it was okay for him to be currently mad. He was feeling upset and irritated.

Nanon was point blank ignoring him and that wasn’t sitting well with him.
