It was a rainy, dark night in the Mushroom Kingdom. Luigi could hear a violent storm bombarding the house he shared with his brother, patiently waiting for him to get home from a long day of work. Suddenly, a particularly loud crash of lightning sent Polterpup running across the house to where Luigi was sitting on the couch, prompting its caretaker to pet it reassuringly.
After what seemed like an eternity of waiting for Mario to return, Luigi spots the familiar plumber in red running towards the door to the house, shielding his face from the storm with one arm. Luigi smiled and waved to his brother, who waves back, but only for a second.
"That's not like him to get distracted from saying hi," Luigi mumbled to himself. "Is everything alright?" His question was almost immediately answered by the sound of the front door slowly opening, hinges squeaking as it did so. The look of happiness on Luigi's face from knowing his brother was home quickly vanished as he saw the serious look on Mario's face and the small figure in his arms.
"Luigi... I found a child at the door." Mario's voice was as concerned as his expression.
"A child? Wh-What should we do with them??" the green plumber asked, standing up and smoothing the blanket on the couch. Polterpup approached the child, sniffed them, and licked the rain off their legs, which didn't do much to dry them off.
As Mario looked at the small child the child grabbed his nose and giggle happily as the child smiled and moved their hand and Mario smiled and held the child's hand and smiled at Luigi as Mario walked up to the couch and laid the child on the blanket. "I guess we have to take care of it as mairo showed luigi the sticky note that was on the child's back. As he look at luigi. D...D...Dose that mean were parents oh god I don't know how to be a mom!!!!" As luigi started to have a panic attack. "Hay your a going to be a great mom trust me." As mairo came closer and huged luigi. What should we name them as luigi looked at mairo. "Well the way I see it it's a boy so maybe Smg4 As mairo smiled. "Oh mairo its perfect welcome to are home Smg4 As luigi smiled. You know it's funny how come she has brown hair and are eye color." As luigi looked at mairo he just shrugged. And walk away to get ready for a relaxing night. Welp okay. Outside the rain one peculiar Professor was hoping that mairo and luigi don't catch on what he was planning.
