Rui was shook when he realized his threads caught fire. "they're on fire?!"  He yelled in his thoughts. This. gave Tanjiro an opportunity to reach for Rui neck, all he had to do was decapitate him and he would get the job done. It gave him an even bigger opportunity when He realized Rui's threads had burned away. 

Tanjiro slammed the remaining of his sword onto Rui's neck, putting all his strength into one arm, attempting to slash away. "He severed my threads...but he cannot cut my neck. My body is even stronger than my threads." Rui thought of trying to think of another way to win. 

Little did he know, when Nezuko released her blood, the tiniest bit fell onto Tanjiro katana. When she exploded her blood, it was pushing tanjiro's katana forward. "NO ONE CAN BREAK THE  BOND ME AND NEZUKO HAVE!!" Tanjiro screamed after putting his entire body worth of strength in a singular arm, finally cutting off Rui's head.

"I MESSED UP! I REALLY MESSED UP! EVEN THOUGH IM THE ONLY ONE WHO NEVER MESSES UP! ...I RUINED OUR PRETEND FAMILY!" The sister spider cried out while running away and covering her ears like a scared little girl. She ran and ran until she spotted someone, a demon slayer. She got ready to attack, and the slayer quickly turned around. "A DEMON?!" He shouted, and quickly unsheathed his katana. 

She swung her arm around in a circular motion, trapping him into a sort of ball that was made of webs like threads. He freaked out on the inside and quickly realized he was trapped. "aha! one down! good! Rui will be proud of me!" She said excitedly. The boy inside the ball kept stabbing the ball, attempting to cut through. "I-I CAN'T CUT THROUGH!?" He shouted. The demon looked down at him and chuckled, "Its no use! Your katana won't cut through, there's no use! My balls of yarn are soft but tough. First my dissolution fluid will melt through your clothes, then it'll begin to work on your body! You'll be turned to mushed and you will become my meal!" She cackled while using her hand to continue spinning more yarn.

"Oh my! Are you using your palms to produce that yarn?" Someone said while resting her head on the demon's shoulder. The demon looked back in shock, her eyebrows furrowed and her mouth was opened. "Good evening! Isn't the moon very pretty tonight?" Shinobu said making eye contact with the demon. 

The demon instantly jumped back and released an uncertain amount of threads. Shinobu jumped in the air, using her haori has wings and flowing beautifully in between them, she dodged every single one and kept on flowing pass them. "SHE'S COMPLETELY AVOIDING MY SILK THREADS?!" The demon wondered. Shinobu soon got closer to the demon, "It seems like..." She started and landed on the floor, only a few feet away from the demon. "...You don't wanna get along with me?" 

"H-her aura is so strong, it stopped my breath! It's completely different from Rui's...It's cold and makes me wanna curl into a ball..it's like death is staring me down.."  She was terrified at the sight of the Insect Hashira. "W-WAIT! WAIT PLEASE! R-RUI FORCED ME TO DO THIS! IF I DON'T HE'LL CUT ME INTO PIECES AND SET ME ON FIRE! HELP ME!" The demon appeared to be crying and begging to be saved, she looked up at Shinobu who looked down at her with her hand on her sheath. 

"Oh really? That sounds incredibly painful. How terrible. If we can get along, I'll help you, so please cooperate with me." Shinobu answered with a big smile. "H-huh? You're gonna help me?" The demon said in between sniffles. "Of course! But first, I need to know a couple things about you!" 

"You're a cute little lady, so how many people have you killed?" Shinobu asked, looking at her dead in the eye. The demon avoided eye contact, "Five...B-but only cause I was forced too! I didn't want too! Shinobu sighed, "Please don't lie, because I will know. That was amazing, the way you cocooned up my partner. You've eaten about...80 people, right?" The demons face gave it all away.
