3rd Person POV

["There you have it folks, audio evidence proving that Spider-man is responsible for the numerous casualties of the event on the Washington Bridge. The tragic event that occurred merely two weeks ago, resulted in the loss of numerous friends and family members. This is proof of what I have been saying for the last two years!" J Jonah Jameson rants, from the Daily Bugle newsroom.

["Spider-man is a fraud. A menace! And it seems he has finally realized it! With him gone, the real Heroes will have no problems with putting crime away! For good!"]

SCREECH!!

Looking up from his phone, Y/n watches the taxi driver yell at a driver cutting them off. 'Guess taxi drivers aren't that different.' He turns off the Daily Bugle podcast to look out the window of the taxicab driving him and his mom. As he drives down the street of Paris, he sees many buildings flying by as they head to the apartment they are staying at. The two arrived in Paris just the other day after Y/n's mom booked them two tickets to Paris after she got a new position for her job that's in Paris.

She also felt that they would be safer in Paris than in New York.

During the two weeks that followed Spider-man's death, Y/n had been laying low. Hiding from the public, mostly as Spider-man's sidekick. Due to him being the only living person in the area, everyone immediately blamed him for the incident.

After all, who else was there to blame?

The real perpetrator was nowhere found, and neither was there any evidence of it being them. That led to Spider-man's trusty sidekick being framed as the murderer. After that day, everyone was after him. The police, the heroes, and even any civilians that saw him in the open. There was nowhere safe for him.

After all, he is public enemy #1.

"We've arrived at your destination." The cab driver informed the two, snapping Y/n out of his thoughts. Opening the door, he and his mom walked out of the car, thanked the driver before he left, and made their way inside. The apartment complex was fairly big, though it wasn't the most prominent house in the city. It was stationed on the corner of the street with multiple floors, leading to many rooms for many people. He and his mom lived on the top floor.

Arriving at the top floor, Y/n and his mom walk out of the elevator and walk to their door. Upon their arrival, a door nearby opens up and a girl around Y/n's age, maybe a year older, walks out. She spots the two foreigners and goes to greet them. "Hey there, you must be the new neighbors. I'm Alya." The girl has heart-shaped lips, grayish-gold eyes, and a mole above her forehead. Her hair is wavy and reddish-brown ombre, growing slightly past her shoulders and having tangelo tips. She's wearing black horn-rimmed glasses, a white spot on each side. Her outfit consists of a white tank top under a short-sleeved plaid shirt with white, beige, orange, and purple stripes, light blue jeans, and white sneakers with black tops.
