While I'm sitting there getting my pictures taken at the photo shoot I can't get Dante out of my head letting out a soft sigh and thinking to myself "Maybe I should call him we haven't talked in a week now"

After getting home I immediately sat down on my couch unlocked my phone went to his contact set it on speaker while listening to the phone ring after a few seconds he answered "Hello" out of nowhere, I started laughing he responded by saying what's funny? I then said nothing

I then told him I had been missing him when were we going to see each other face to face he replied by saying I don't know whenever you want to I looked at my phone checking to see what time it was

Noticing it was time for me to go get Eli I jumped up telling Dante I'd talk to him tomorrow then he hung up and I grabbed my keys and strolled out of the house making my way into my car after getting in my car I made my way to Eli school while humming a song in my head

Pulling up to Eli's school I park my car on the curb get out of my car walk over to the curb and see Eli waving at him noticing him running to me with his backpack on his back I squat down getting to his level wrapping my arms around him while kissing his cheeks repeatedly then I pick him up

While I'm putting Eli in his car seat he's telling me all about his day then I buckle him in and close the door making my way over to the other side and getting in the car pulling out of the school and I smile pulling up at a red light then I turn around facing Eli

What do you want to eat sweetheart he immediately says "McDonald's" and I can't help but giggle the light turns green and I start driving to McDonald's pulling into the drive thru and rolling down my window then the person on the speaker asks what I'll like I tell them I would like a kids meal chicken nuggets and a small fry with a Hi-C then the person tells me how much it cost

Driving to the next window I reach over to my purse and grab a 20 dollar bill I hand the 20 to the dude and he hands me my change and receipt putting my change in my purse and the receipt in my purse then I grab the Hi-C and kids' meal I turn around handing Eli his drink and his food he then says "thank you, mommy" aww you welcome sweetheart

After pulling out of McDonald's Drive-thru and making my way back home after a couple of minutes I pull up in the driveway then I grab my key, grab my purse get out of the car go over to Eli's side open the door unbuckle him out his seat letting him grab his backpack, drink, and food then he hops out the car close the door locking the car

We both make our way over to the front door and I unlock the door with the key Eli immediately gets in the house first and I follow behind him closing and locking the door behind us walking over to the couch I plop down putting my keys and purse on the coffee table and Eli sits down right next to me putting his backpack next to him while he's munching on his fries

While sitting on the couch I hear my phone go off and I reach into my purse grab it seeing a text from Dante I tap on it then I text him saying "Are you doing anything tomorrow?" while waiting for him to respond I ask Eli if I can have a fry and he shakes his head yes and he hands me one and I put it in my mouth then I feel my phone vibrate in my hand looking down at it

He responded by saying "No not at all" and I saw his message then I said "All alright I'll call you tomorrow to talk about it" Checking the time I set my phone down on the coffee table and asked Eli if he wanted to have a movie night and he replies with excitement then I get up well let's go get changed into some pajama's Eli makes his way to the kitchen throwing his trash away

We both walk up the stairs and I go into my room and Eli goes into his we change out of our clothes changing into pajamas Eli runs into my room and I wrap my arms around him and sit down on the edge of the bed then I put Eli down on my bed grabbing my remote and I go to Netflix going to
Puss in boots turning the volume up to 20

Putting the remote down on the nightstand then I get out the bed and make my way over to the lights turning them off and going back over to the bed pulling the covers back and getting in the bed  pulling the cover over me and Eli while we both watching the movie after a couple of minutes in the movie Eli falls asleep and I lay my head down on the pillow falling asleep as well
