Patches loved clowns. Back in early high school, his love for clowns grew and he followed his passion to pursue the funny business. His name isn't really Patches, as it is merely his stage name. His name is Isaac. Isaac loves his name, although his family likes to pretend it doesn't exist.
Isaac doesn't know why his parents didn't like his name or why they pretended he was a girl. Because of these things, he didn't look quite right in his eyes so whenever he dressed the way of the clown, he became a brand new person. A person who did nothing but bring laughter and joy to anyone of any age. His baggy clown suit hid all the unwanted curves and the makeup erased his false identity. Whenever given the opportunity, He would volunteer at fundraisers and parties as the happy-go-lucky Patches the clown. Patches started off small with merely a home made one piece clown suit and some cheap makeup. Isaac's mother loved the thought of him wanting his own makeup. His mother thought the whole clown thing was odd but then again, what was so wrong about clowning around for charity? It was a brand new day. The sun shined brightly through the turquoise curtains. The rich smell of waffles filled the home and Isaac couldn't wait to get his hands on some. After a moment of sitting on his bed and contemplating his existence, he got up, feeling refreshed and left his room for some good ol' breakfast. His mother was in the kitchen, washing dishes. "It's about time you wake up."
She muttered. Isaac had slept in again.
"Sorry about that, Momma" Isaac replied in a tired tone. "Thanks for breakfast" He continued.
"Didn't you have that event with your friend at noon?" Isaac's mother asked.
A rush of energy swept through him. How could he forget such a thing? Isaac finished his breakfast with a quick pace and after, he dialed up his dear, friend, Stitches.
