Stitches, unlike his best friend Patches, wasn't exactly a clown. More specifically, he was a Jester. Stitches wore a bright colored jester suit with neck and wrist ruffles, complimented with a matching cap and bells. Stitches' fluffy blonde hair stuck out from underneath the cap and bells, sprayed with cheap yet effective bright yellow hair spray from Spirit Halloween.
Stitches was a tall and flexible jester with the tendency to pull pranks some times and serve justice other times. One would say he was quite the antihero, although he was still quite young. Stitches, or should I say Skylar, would often take things to heart, such as mistreatment from a student and would come up with elaborate schemes to put them in their place. Back in middle school, Stitches and Patches would print out a particular meme that they found funny and would post it in the bathrooms. The posters were a fun distraction from the hateful words written in the stalls via sharpie. What was good about those posters were that not only did they make people laugh, but they were much easier to clean up instead of sharpie which would cut the janitor some slack. The comedic duo had since graduated from that wretched place and had made themselves comfortable at their high school. Aside from that, Skylar had been up early today and he was already in costume for a fun charity event that he and his friend would go to. The event was to be held at a lovely children's hospital down town. Patches was quite fond of that place no doubt, as his baby sister goes there for treatment sometimes. Anyhow, today was about making people smile at that hospital for charity. There, Patches would be handing out balloon animals while Stitches would be pulling harmless pranks and silly illusions. Skylar had finally completed his makeup and finally, it was done. He had become what we know as Stitches. Stitches rose out of his chair, the bells from his hat jingling as he took his leather bag and left his room. The jingling of the cap and bells alerted his dearest dog, Sydney. Sydney was quite the goofy one, with a little underbite that would make one smile at the sight of such a funny expression, and a spunky attitude of a dog that required much attention. Sydney was inches from jumping into Stitches. A vast attempt at snatching the cap and bells for play. What Sydney did not know, was that Stitches was prepared and had a treat in his hand that he tossed to the sweet pup as he walked by. The costume was safe from the slobbering and scratchy dog. As Stitches was about to exit the door, the sound of 'Entry of the Gladiators' (the infamous circus song) played from his pocket. He checked his phone to see that Isaac was calling. Stitches answered the phone and with a casual tone, he asked "Hey man! What's up?"...
