Abhimanyu was planning a party in his free time to celebrate the first anniversary of his wedding.

He couldn't believe that it had almost been a year since their marriage.

Abhimanyu still remembered how his mother was worried about him because he kept on rejecting every girl he met.

Thankfully his Samar Kaka arrived at the right moment as their family's saviour and suggested Priyanka's name as a potential bride.

Luckily for Abhimanyu, Priyanka agreed to get married to him without even seeing his face, just because her Kaka and Chacha believed him to be a good man for their little girl.

He even remembered how he felt blessed to get a wonderful lady as his bride to be when he finally saw Priyanka's picture.

His little sister and his best friend left no stone unturned during this whole year to tease him because they somehow knew that he really liked his wife, before even meeting her.

Abhimanyu also remembered how beautiful his wife looked when she came down dressed as his bride.

He couldn't believe that a heavenly beauty like her was going to be his life partner not only for this life but for all of their seven lives.

Abhimanyu chuckled to himself remembering how uncomfortable they were during their first photoshoot at their wedding, but recently during Ishika's wedding they truly enjoyed getting their couple pictures clicked by a professional.

Just then the sound of his phone broke Abhimanyu's chain of thoughts and he immediately got back to his office mode.

Abhimanyu took the call and received some unexpected news regarding the business awards night that was to be held in a few days.

He couldn't stop smiling since he heard the news but decided not to tell his wife in order to surprise her on the awards night.

The next evening Abhimanyu arrived home to find his sister looking frustrated and his wife pouting angrily, sitting on the sofa.

He sighed assuming his wife was having one of her mood swings and that his sister had been at the receiving end of said mood swing.

Just then Aakansha sees her brother and says, "Dada, please explain to your wife that she is being unreasonable"

Priyanka complains, "I am NOT being unreasonable"

Abhimanyu again sighs and asks, "Can one of you please tell me what exactly happened first?"

Aakansha replies, "Bhabhi is saying that she doesn't want to go to your awards night"

Priyanka adds, "I don't want people to see me because I'm fat"

Abhimanyu was a bit hurt to hear that his wife didn't want to attend the awards night, especially considering the surprise he was planning for her, but he pushes those feelings away and says, "Firstly Aku, you can't force people to do something they don't want to. Secondly Priyanka, you are not fat."
