Chapter 3

"Hey y/n, watch this," said Nicole. She was stacking folded paper on Alex, who had been silent all day. He wouldn't talk to anybody at all.

You grinned at her, but just as she took the paper off, the bell had rung. You all had lunch at this time. "I'll meet you all at lunch, I have to go do something first," said Alex. "He's been acting so strange today," you said. Nicole nodded as you both started to walk to the rest of your friends.

"Over here!" Chelsea yelled. She was sitting at a table with William. You and Nicole sat down with them. "Where is Alex?" William asked. "We don't know," replied Nicole. "He had to do something," you said. "He's been acting strange all day, maybe we should go find him," replied Nicole. Everybody agreed and split up. You decided to go to the library.

As you arrived at the library, you noticed Alex printing out a picture. "Why wouldn't he say that he just had to print a picture?" you thought. Before walking up to him, you quickly messaged the others that you had found him.

However, he saw you and quickly hid the picture. "Everyone is looking for you, dude," you said. "I told you and Nicole that I had to do something," he replied. "What picture is th-" "There you are!" said Chelsea, cutting you off. The rest followed her. "Lunch is almost over, you know?" said William. "What are you even doing here?" said Nicole. Alex started to get mad and said, "None of your business." Everybody almost started fighting, but William cut in, saying, "Class starts in two minutes." And with that, everybody left without saying another word.

As you're walking home, you think about the picture that Alex hid from you in the library. You can already see your home in the distance, but something feels wrong. And of course, as you thought about that you got a message from your mom:

Spawn point: You have to come home right now. Another body has been found at school and they're closing it for now.

"That's the third time someone got killed, i'm not surprised," you thought.

Your mom sent the message from work, so you were home alone for the day. You grabbed a snack and jumped onto the couch. You didn't meet in the library because of Alex's weird behavior.

Y/n: Another body was found

William: Everybody knows y/n. We can't meet in the library anymore because of it

Chelsea: If we want to find that killer we'll have to find a new spot to meet up

Alex: Hey sorry for how i acted

Y/n: It's ok you were just on your period

Nicole: YO SUP B!TCHES

Chelsea: School got closed down bc of another kid dying

Alex: WHAT IS A PERIOD

....

Y/n: Anyways..

William: We can use my basement?

Chelsea: Omg Will you learned to use your brain

Alex: good idea i can finally show you all the picture i printed out

Y/n: Sooo we meet up tomorrow?

Nicole: Whoever replies next is gay

William: i agree

William: NO WAIT

Chelsea: i always knew

Alex: OOO

Nicole: Anyways i agree

Chelsea: yes also lets order a gay flag for Will's window

Alex: i agree to the flag and meeting up tmrw

Y/n: Alright ill see you all tomorrow
