Orlando took me back home to gather my things. We were sitting outside; I was debating whether or not it was a good idea to go in. Thankfully the paparazzi disappeared so I had the perfect opportunity to walk in. "I can come with you. You don't have to be alone anymore." I looked down. "I don't think that's a good idea... I don't want you to get hurt. I'll go..." I opened the door and stepped out of his car. "I'll be right back."

I unlocked the gate and walked up to the door. I opened the door and called out his name. "Durk?" I tried again. "Durk!" No answer. Maybe he left. I looked around remembering all the good that's came of this place and then I quickly remembered the bad. I made my way upstairs to our room. The bed was still messy because I didn't get a chance to fix it up this morning before all the chaos started.

I walked into the closet, grabbing one of my duffle bags. I threw my clothes and shoes in it, along with all of my important things like my birth certificate, diploma and my social security card. I struggled to throw the bag over my shoulder but, I eventually got it. I made my way downstairs into the living room, carrying the bag still. I picked my phone up off the floor along with my charger that was plugged into the wall. I grabbed my wallet. Walking out of the living room and into the main hall where the door was. I was just staring at it for a moment, not believing I was actually getting out. I was really about to leave...

"Baby." I turned around and there he was. "Where are you going? I'm sorry. Stay, please. I love you..." 'I love you?' I thought to myself. You see, that was my weakness but, I wasn't going to let it hold me back any longer. "Yeah, you did love me, and I know that I love you but, If I stay any longer and I keep letting this feeling you call love hold me here, I'll probably be dead in a couple of weeks." I opened up the door and walked out before he had the chance to stop me. I ran to Orlando's car and threw my stuff in the trunk. "Where are you going?" He shouted. "You been cheating on me?" He looked inside the car and seen Orlando in the driver's seat. "No." I said smartly. I shut the trunk and got into the passenger seat. Orlando pulled off. I was watching Durk through the side mirror, just standing there oblivious to what was actually happening.

And I wasn't lying. I never cheated on him. How could I? I never left the house and he'd always take me on tour with him. So how was I supposed to do anything for that matter? The phone calls started like I predicted. Call after call, declining each one after the next. I knew he wasn't going to stop. I shut my phone off and started paying attention to the road. "You okay, Tyla?" "No but, I will be."

Where am I going to live? I looked in my wallet. five hundred and fifty-three dollars and some change. It wasn't much but it can buy me a motel for a couple of weeks while I try finding a job and doing what I need to do for myself. "You could always stay with me." I looked at Orlando. It was like he was reading my mind. Maybe me searching through my wallet was a hint or something. "I think I need to get out of Los Angeles. There's a lot here but I need to move somewhere secluded, somewhere he'd never find me but, thank you for the offer." "Where do you want to go?" That was a good question, one I didn't have the answer to quite yet but, I have to figure it out soon.

"Would you please take me to the airport? I need to find somewhere to start a new life." "Are you sure you don't want to stay here, or with me for a little." I nodded. "I'm sure. I just have to start doing things on my own for a while." How could a total stranger treat me better than a man I've been around for most of my life. He turned left, making his way to the airport. "Can I at least sit and wait with you. I just don't want you to feel lonely and I don't want anything to happen to you." I knew I'd be fine but, I shook my head 'yes' just to be nice. About 30 minutes later we got to the airport. We both walked inside and just sat in the second and third seat in the row of eight. "You see anywhere that you want to go, yet?" I looked around at all the places. Montana, Nevada, Kansas, New Mexico... "No, not yet. I want to be in the city, just not the city Durk would come to." I kept looking, there was Iowa, Texas, and Colorado. I set my eyes on Arizona. I heard it's nice there and always warm. I doubt he'd find me there. "I think I like Arizona." "I used to live there when I was six. It was fun but what do I know? I was only little." He laughed.

I'll be back, I'm going to see when the next flight is." Orlando nodded and I walked over to the ticket salesman.
