Felix walked through the door of the station and sighed heavily, drooping his shoulders tiredly as the rain started pouring down on the road making a loud pitter-patter sound. It's not the season of rain but sometimes it happens even in the sunniest and in the most unexpected way.

He waited looking at the wet trees swaying and people running to find a roof cuz no one was prepared to welcome the rain. Leaves fell from the trees onto the road and get splashed by water by a passing car from the small puddles that started forming on the road. The earthy smell hung in the air for him to close his eyes and inhale. It's one of his favorite smells.

He listen to the old lady grumping at the atmosphere that suddenly turned into this which was sunny before yet cold.

But it was mostly cold, he had to wear a hoodie and scarf cause still it was 10° c, while he doesn't need to wear this much clothing in Australia.

It was nice though, he likes everything about this country, its weather, its beauty, and mostly its food. That's the reason he is here in the first place. While here in some places it's so peaceful and in his home it's so loud, he couldn't get himself a peaceful day like this one, but he misses them a lot.

He remembers when he first time visited, and it was starting of April. A season of cherry blossom in Japan, Tokyo.

It was the first time he came with members from his college, it was for the work they had to do. They all went to the Ueno park, and under the pink blossom, they shared some delicious food and brownies, and cupcakes he had made for his friends. When he was looking, and admiring the pink and white flowers, it was like a flower blanket hugging the ground. He buried his face in the cherry blossom that was blooming on the tree, it tickles his face when it's pollen fell into his skin. He giggled at that. Its scent was subtle, not sweet, fruity or floral it has like lilac, rose and almond like aroma but so low. He wonders if he smells like that.

It even tastes bitter.

The rain stopped after a while and small golden light of sun rays fall on the ground, giving the dull environment some liveliness. He stood up and hastily started to walk, wanting to leave as soon as possible so he could have some pastries he was waiting to taste.

As he crossed the road his phone rang in his pocket, he fished his phone and saw who was calling. His mouth grinned wide and took slow small steps.

"Hello mom"

"Mmm" he nodded as she talks, "I'm good how are you?" He asked, it went on like that

He could see through the people the logo of the small cafe he was going.
"I miss you too mom"

Felix nodded again "I know, i will try"

"No nothing, I'm just not... Ok I will visit" "soon, yes I promise"

"Okay, take care love you"

She ended the call and he put back his phone into his pocket. He misses his mom, his family, his friends a lot, he misses him. Cause it's been nearly four years, it's been so long since he had seen them.

After that day he never went back to Korea. It was hard, hard to embrace the thought of leaving everything and start something new. He didn't knew if it will work or not but what he thought was right, he did that. He doesn't regret or anything that tells him that it wasn't supposed to happen the way it did. He is happy with what he has and thanks for God what he has now.

He blinked the tears away that threatens to come and forced a smile. He could smell some sweet aroma in the air. He was near the cafe. It was small and simple, and has light blue walls and dark wood complementing the ceiling. Has cute colored tablecloths on each table. Has a wind chime dangling inside the door. It cozy and best-selling dessert cafe in this busy area, Shibuya.
