Seon Woo's tears started spilling out of his eyes and he suddenly felt Mi Young patting his head. He was embarrassed to cry over her and most importantly, he is crying in front of her right now, but he really did like her a lot and hadn't felt this type of way before. Suddenly, he heard her gasp, when he looked up, he saw her holding her head in pain.
"Mi Young, are you okay?" He ask her and with that, Mi Young fainted, but luckily Seon Woo caught her in time before she could fall to the ground.
He tried waking her up by calling her name and shaking her, but it was no use. He then touched her forehead and her forehead was burning. Seon Woo started to panic a little as he didn't know what to do. He carried her body back to the house. Hye Sun who had come back from her walk with Jae Jin saw that Mi Young was unconscious.
"Yah, what did you do to Mi Young!" Jae Jin shouts at Seon Woo and was about to pick a fight with him, but luckily, Hye Sun stepped in.
"What happens to her?" She asks Seon Woo as she kneels down to feel that Mi Young's head was burning up.
"I was talking to her and she suddenly fainted out of nowhere." He tells her and Hye Sun knew that her memories had came back.
"We have to bring her to the hospital." Hye Sun tells Jae Jin and he then quickly calls an ambulance.
Once they reached the hospital, the doctor told them, Mi Young, had a high fever and nearly had a brain shock, but luckily she isn't in any serious condition for now, but she will be in a coma for a few days. Seon Woo opted to stay by her side until she woke up even though Jae Jin wasn't happy about it, but Hye Sun somehow manages to convince him.

As Mi Young was at the hospital, Seon Woo booked a hotel to stay at and he would stay by Mi Young's side during visiting hours but will go back to the hotel once the visiting hours were over. That night when he had fallen asleep, all of his memories about his past life that he had with Mi Young were suddenly restored. He woke up gasping for air and was in shock at what he had just dreamed about. He didn't know whether it was just his imagination as it felt so real, it was as if he had experienced it before.
He decided to drink some water to calm himself down as there was no way that dream that he had could be true. As he went to on the lights in his room, he saw that there was a red string tied to his finger. He tried pulling it out at first, but it wouldn't budge at all. He then went to find a scissors to cut it and when he was about to cut the red string, time suddenly stopped and everything turned black and white. There was a strange man that had also suddenly appeared in his room.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you," Sansin tells him.
"What-. Who are you and how did you get in here." Seon Woo questions him as he points the scissors at him.
