All of Class B gathered outside some are yawning and some are still tired.
"We're focusing on our Quirks?" Kendo asked before grabbing Kino who almost fall.
"Class A's already training you all need to catch up, last semester Class A was in the spotlight, next semester it's Class B's turn, from now on your shooting for the top, don't let me down!" Vlad king ordered as Tetsutetsu cries in tears.
"We're such disappointing students!" Tetsutetsu thought in disappointment clenching his hand while crying.
"I get you want everyone to improve our Quirks, but we have 20 unique powers in our class, what kind of training will help all of us get better?" Kendo asked.
"Yeah, can you be more specific?" The male class of 1B asked.
"When your muscle fibers are overused, they break and grow back tougher, thicker Quirks are the same way they improve the harder you push them stronger after every workout, in other words, there's only one thing to do... You'll have to break yourselves." Vlad king lectured then put his feet on the stone shocking his Class.
Bakugo pulls his hands out of a barrel of boiling water then creates an explosion in the sky
"Katsuki Bakugo. Plunging both hands in boiling water to develop his sweat glands and creating explosions repeatedly to increase his attack power." Present Mic narrates

Shoto sits in a metal barrel boiling water while using both of his Quirk
"Shoto Todoroki. Alternating between ice and flames, trying to keep the temperature of the bathwater constant. Training to get his body used to freezing and be able to regulate the heat of his flames. Maybe he might be able to use " Present Mic narrate
Sero kneels on top of a hill while continuously shooting out tape and streaming
"Hanta Sero. To increase capacity, tape strength, and shooting speed by having him produce tape constantly." Present Mic narrates
Eijiro has his Quirk on and Ojiro continuously us his tail to his him
"Eijiro Kirishima and Ojiro Mashirao. By hitting the hardened Eijiro with Ojiro's Tail, both Quirks are reinforced." Present Mic narrates
Denki continuously sends electricity into a capacity battery
"Denki Kaminari. By connecting him to a large capacity battery, he's strengthening his body to withstand greater amounts of electric current." Present Mic narrates
Koda keeps shouting
"Koji Koda. Vocal exercises to increase the reach of his Anivoice." Present Mic narrates "This also helps him overcome his shyness." he narrates
Aoyama continuously shoots his laser into the sky
"Yuga Aoyama. Getting his body used to Navel Laser by continuously shooting, trying to overcome the stomach pain." Present Mic narrates
