Rose got home at 11 p.m. circa; her eyesight is all blurry; she doesn't even know why she's crying, but it was a very long day. She went to get her brown contact lens from her left eye. She hates her heterochromia; it's not even like two colors that are similar to each other; it's dark brown and deep green.

But as she looks out of the window and sees Stiles's car, she drops everything she was doing. What the hell? She started wondering why he could possibly be here now, not that it's that late; the real question is, why didn't they call her when they heard her coming? Plus, she has a bad feeling—really bad.

Rose walks into Scott's room, and she immediately hears noises as the two guys in the room begin to hide something. She sees them trying to act like they're not suspicious, but they're bad actors—so bad. When they see her red face, hinting that she had just cried, they both frown. "Everything okay...?" Stiles asked, unsure. Rose raised an eyebrow. "What are you two hiding?" She crosses her arms.

Both of them glance at the bathroom. "Nothing!" they say in sync. Fast, too fast. Rose just sighs and goes to open the damn door, despite Scott and Stiles trying to stop her.

To Rose's surprise, there was someone tied in the bath, but to her surprise, that someone was Liam Dunbar. or maybe the opposite; she's quite confused. That boy is even in her dream now, nightmares to be fair.

Another sigh left her mouth as Liam started begging her to untie him. He looked at her with puppy eyes, and even if she hates him, she feels bad. "What's your problem?" She looks speechless. "That seems like a good moment to remind everyone that I wasn't the one who kidnapped you." Stiles speaks to Liam as he points to the older McCall. "He was."

"Goodness Scott, are we sure you're not the one adopted here? Not even our father could do something stupid like this!" Rose screams, exasperated.

Liam wides his eyes, surprised at the younger McCall's words, for two reasons: number one, she's speaking so lowly of her father, and number two, he didn't know she was adopted. He's pretty sure nobody does, or maybe he's just the only one who didn't know. But that's not something he should think about right now.

"Don't get mad... but, um, I think," Scott shutters quietly. "He bit him. Scott fucking bit this freshman kid." Stiles interrupts his friend after seeing that he wouldn't get the words out of his mouth.

Rose's eyes turned blue in anger, but fortunately the blond boy in the bath couldn't see. "Untie him." She commands firmly after a few minutes of silence. "What? You hate him; he broke your nose, and" Stiles gets stopped by Rose's angry glance. "Fine." Stiles agrees.

Rose puts on her face a fake smile. "Good. I'm going to sleep; don't wake me even if he dies. Don't worry, it's not happening." She looked at Liam. "Well, I hope so; I don't want to hide another body." Rose whispers ironically, making Liam panic.

Rose walks out of the door, earring Scott, trying to convince Liam that his sister was just kidding.

;(

The next morning, Rose didn't even ask Scott what happened, but based on the noises she heard before sleeping, Liam escaped.

The brunette girl left them without a word, still angry about what happened the night before. "Mason!" She smiled kindly.
"Rose, hey, have you seen Liam?" Mason asked her with a smile. Rose frowns at the question. "No, why would I?"

"Nevermind, he's right there." Mason points behind Rose. She looked at him, and Liam could feel the girl's staring, but he wouldn't dare make eye contact. There's tension, and even Mason notices that. "Hey, Liam, why weren't you on the bus?" He raised an eyebrow at his blond friend.

"Uh, I ran." Liam answers quickly. Rose immediately notices that his leg is fine, meaning that he's turning into a wolf. She doesn't really know if it's a relief or not.

Like, oblivious, she didn't want him to die, but two things: first, he's going to be part of the pack now, so more time spent with one of the guys who bullied her because of her eyes. Then, he's going to need help from her during the full moon, which again means she'll spend even more time with him.

"I guess your leg is okay then." Rose raised an eyebrow, getting the two boys attention. Mason just nodded, wondering the same. Then they both saw him glancing at his arm, where there's a bandage and some blood visible through the white. "What happened to your arm?"

"I need to go." He answers with anger, remembering what happened the day before. Rose gave her other friend a look, like, I'll speak with him.

Mason didn't know why she would want to speak with him, but he was just glad there was no bad blood anymore.

"Liam! Liam, wait." Rose runs after him in a deserted hallway. "Leave me alone, please." He almost begged her. Before Rose could respond, her brother and her best friend entered the hallway.

"Liam!" Stiles yells, pointing at him, as Scott, who's next to Rose now, says, We need to talk."

"No, you need to back the hell up, okay? Both of you." He responded in panic, looking at both of the seniors. Rose was glad he didn't mention her, but this could only mean two things: he doesn't see her as an enemy or he doesn't see her as a threat. She's pretty sure it's not the second one because Liam has to be a feminist.

Scott rests his arm on his sister's shoulder. "Can you just listen for one second? Please? Liam, we're brothers now." He asks, looking at Liam in the eyes.

Rose almost choked at her brother's words. "Dude, that's not—what are you even saying?" She whispers to herself.
Liam is as confused, maybe more, as her. "What are you talking about? We just met, and you bit me." Liam responds. Stiles just murmurs, Oh my god.

Scott shakes his head, disagreeing. "The bite... The bite is a gift." He dramatically reveals Stiles brings his hand to his head. "Scott, stop. Please stop." He looked at Scott, pointing with his finger, then looked at Liam. "You, you, we're trying to help you, you little runt."

"No, that's... wrong." Rose spoke without thinking. "You're not helping. We are helping him." Stiles rolls his eyes. "By kidnapping me?" Liam almost yelled.

"Just to clarify, Scott kidnapped you. Okay? I aided and abetted." Stiles points out Liam looks at Rose and asks her if she has to say something. "I don't even know what happened yesterday. Don't look at me like that; I told them to untie you." She answers with a frown.

"You did nothing." Liam rolls his eyes in anger. "Liam, I've gone through this before. Something's happening to you. Something big." Scott interrupts their bickering.

Liam looks at Scott, annoyed. He grabs the bend abruptly and shows them what's under it, which is nothing. "Nothing's happening to me. Nothing." Liam yells before walking away.

"Well, that has gone really well," Rose whispers, showing her thumbs up.
