"Y/N, we've appointed you a manager. Kyrin, this is Y/N, the trainee we've spoken about." The head introduced, as a lady glanced my way.
She was young, her black hair spiralling around her face in waves, and she was gorgeous.

She offered a hand out to me, as I shook it and bowed.
"It's lovely to meet you, Miss." I said, as she just smiled.
"Just call me Kyrin when we're alone, I'm not too worried about formalities." She whispered as she shook my hand, before turning to the company head.

"Thank you for this opportunity. Y/N seems like a lovely girl, and I'm glad to be looking after her." Kyrin said, as the company head just nodded.

"I'll give you a copy of her timetable for the week. The board still has some discussing to do, but at the moment we're leaning towards making you a soloist, Y/N, if we can work on your rapping skills and stage presence. Good luck, I'll see you at the end of the week." He said, passing a clipboard to Kyrin, as the both of us stepped outside.

She glanced it over, before looking up at me.
"So far you have got to be the prettiest trainee I've had. And nicest, too, most of them just scowl at me because I'm a woman."

"Well that's rude." I frowned, as she shrugged.
"I'm used to it. Well, on today's schedule you don't have much. It's Friday, so music bank is on. You've been asked to go watch the JYP group performances, which is Stray Kids, and ITZY. For learning purposes, of course. Before then, you've got dance training. So, let's go." Kyrin said, as she began walking off down the hall.

We came into a studio, and as I waited for the instructor to come, I did my stretches, glancing over at Kyrin every now and again.
She seemed so young to be a manager, but I was also glad she wasn't some old man.

"Hey, uh, can I ask you a question?" I said, standing up as I stretched out my arms.
She looked up at me, smiling. "Sure, go ahead."

"Well, since I'm like, actually properly on the path to debut now, am I allowed to post things? You know, how like the HYBE trainees post dance and stuff like that." I asked, as she just hummed.

"Yeah, you're good to do that. Usually I'd say let me know first, but I trust you." She smiled, turning to her phone.

"Do you have an Instagram page set up? Let me log in to it, it's just a general thing." She said, passing me her phone.

I had two accounts, so this was fine - my private, private personal which I made years ago when I was in school, and my trainee account.

I passed her phone back to her, as she looked at the numbers.
"Wow, you're already quite famous, Y/N." She noted, as I sighed.

"Yeah, I know, it's scary." I fake shivered, as she just laughed.

"Alright, do you want to film something then? You're in off-branded clothes so you're fine to film. A dance cover?" Kyrin asked, as I nodded.

"Sure, yeah. Y'know, I'll let you pick. Here's my playlist." I said, passing her my phone.

She nodded, scrolling through before she squealed with excitement.
"Ohmygod you actually have old songs on here, I'm impressed! Okay, okay, for your fame status, you should do a more popular song. You even have ITZY's new comeback here, okay, we'll do that!" She said, as I laughed.

"You're so excited, what song did you see?" I asked, as she chuckled.

"You'll never know."

So she helped me set up the phone, turning the audio all the way up, as she clicked record.

We took about three videos, before deciding on the best one, as she posted it, her phone having a better camera than mine, so hers was used anyways.

"Let's hope for the best. Now, people are nasty, I'm warning you, but you ignore them, yeah?" Kyrin said, adding a few tags to the video before uploading it, and placing her phone down.

Instantly, my phone began to buzz.

"Oh. That was fast." I commented, as Kyrin laughed.

"You look so shocked! Of course it is, there's a lot of people who love following trainees!" She said, smiling as she sat back down, and in that moment, the dance instructor walked in.

"Alright, Miss L/N, Let's run over some things."

When my dance training was done, we left for music bank.
A huge crowd of people were outside the front, as my manager rushed me inside, people were screaming and yelling, photographers everywhere.

When we got inside the screams were silenced, as Kyrin took me backstage.

"You wait here, I'll go get our seats." She said, rushing off.

"Why hello again." A voice laughed, as I turned, my heart pounding.

"Felix! Oh, hello!" I said, going to bow but he stopped me.

"Don't be so formal, it's okay." He smiled, his eyes creasing as he did. He grabbed my hand, pulling me through all the rooms until he found the rest of the group.

"Look, Y/N's here!" He exclaimed, a few of the members turning, others looking at me through the mirror as make up artists work on them.

Han bounded on over, grabbing my hand.

"Are you here to watch us perform, Y/N?" He asked, as I nodded.

"I recently got a manager, and we're already planning debut dates, so.. it's happening." I smiled back, as he hugged me.

"Ah, I'm so proud! Well, we'll perform extra well for you!" Han smiled, turning back to the make up artist.

Felix wrapped an arm around my shoulder.
"Good job Y/N, I'm proud of you. I knew you could do this - also, I saw your cover. Why didn't you do one of our songs?" He asked, as I shrugged.

"Your dances are hard." I fake whined, as he laughed.

"You beat the Lee Know at dancing to Taemin, you're just fine." Felix chuckled, as Lee Know glared at us.

"Hey, I won, thank you." He grumbled, as Felix laughed.

"Whatever you say, hyung." Felix said, and then I heard the panicked voice of Kyrin fill my ears, as she rushed into the room.

"Y/N! There you are- I told you to stay put, didn't I?" She grumbled, coming to grab ahold of my hand as she froze, noticing the group around me, before she instantly bowed.

"Thank you for looking after Y/N, we'll be going now." She said, before standing up straight and pulling me with her.

Han spoke up, his voice cracking.
"She was Ara's manager."
