You, gon, killua began speeding up to the end you saw the end and y'all got faster, you, killua , and gon all screamed, "goal!!" in sync, "YEA I DID IT, I FINISHED FIRST!" Gon screamed, "what are you talking about I totally won" killua said, the two began arguing about who actually won, you just turned to satotz and asked who was faster, he replied with, "you all crossed the finish line at the same time" killua turned back to us, "ok...." Gon just looked and us and thought for a minute, "how about we buy each other dinner, I'll buy killua dinner, killua will buy (Y/N) dinner, (Y/N) will buy me dinner!" You nod your head in approval, killua just responds in, "I don't get it" you almost laughed.

Gon asked if this is were the first phase ends satotz responded with no, you honestly was ready to get this over with but you decided to keep going because if you didn't you wouldn't have anything to do, plus you've made a new friend.

There is fog in the air and it's hard to see, you get a hold of killua's hand so you can stay with him and not lose him, you hear a lot of groans but can't see really anything. You see the fog start to lift and you can finally see again, you hear satotz talking about how we have to cross the forest to get to the second phase, he says that a lot of uncommon animals live in the forest everyone will be crossing. Suddenly a man comes out saying he's the real examiner and that satotz was a fake, you didn't believe it. Not too long after three cards get thrown at the 'real' examiner, they hit him right in the chest and he falls to the ground while satotz catches the three cards, turns out it was the same clown guy that turned that one guys hands and arms into flower petals, he was now playing with the cards, it caught everyone off guard and they started looking at him in shock. He started giggling, "I see I see..that settles in then, so you are the real one.." he was talking about satotz, everyone gasped. Satotz started running you, killua, and gon followed, you didn't like how the exam had a lot of running out into it. "Now everyone please make sure to follow close behind me!" Satotz said, you got a little faster but not too fast as you were still holding killua's hand. You saw kurapika and the old man sticking together, so you didn't see a problem with staying with killua and gon. The fog was getting thicker as you all ran through it, you could hear the animals make sounds in the distance. "Gon, (Y/N) let's try to move up to the front" you heard killua say, "yea the last thing we wanna do it lose sight of the examiner right now" gon spat out, "I just wanna put a little distance between hisoka and us. It's dangerous, I can smell it" you heard killua once again. "Smell huh?" Gon said, you stayed silent, you didn't really want to say anything right now, it's kinda best to be observant. "Hey kurapika Oreo, killua says we should move up to the front!" You punch him in the arm as you say, "don't yell out the plan, gon!" "Yea calm down don't you feel the tension in the air" killua said right after you did.

You, killua, and gon move up to the front, making sure to keep distance from hisoka. You knew why, but didn't feel like saying anything in the moment. You heard screaming as you and the boys moved up to the front but you ignored it. You looked back to see the others gone, aww poor kurapika I actually liked him. You thought as you turned back to the boys. You and the boys stop for a minute, the ground that was just underneath you fell, you, killua, and gon were falling with no sight of what y'all are going to land on, a big frog comes up and eats y'all all together. The frog threw y'all up, honestly you wish you was in the shower right about now. "I guess he might not have liked how we tasted, huh" gon said scratching the back of his neck, "it was this stuff" killua said holding up the poisoned drink, "no wonder he spit us out, that drink is poisoned and disgusting" you said holding your nose. "I'm still worried about leoreo and kurapika" gon said with a worried expression on his face, "forget about them, we need to keep moving. We can still make it we start right now" killua said getting up. We all began running again, you and killua interlocked hands again. You and killua soon found everyone else again, but when you and killua turned around gon was no where to be found. "That's weird he was right here a minute ago" killua said in a confused tone, "yea your right. Did he lose us?" You said looking at killua for answers.
