Hello, hello. I'm back with chapter 2.

Now fair warning there is some violence in this, while not straight up gore there is mild blood briefly mentioned . If that's not for you, then you may not want to read this.

Credits:

special thanks to Aryll for her amazing portrayal of Link in this. He's not an easy character to get right, but she manages just fine.

Thank you to Alli/necromite for her masterful editing.  She has like writing superpowers and breathes a whole new life to the characters.  I highly recommend reading her works if you can find them.

Any and all fan art of the story is appreciated ^ ^

Ravio would wake up in the center of a torch lit room with what looked like gemstones along the bottom of the walls. He tried to scratch at his scalp but to his surprise he couldn't move his arms. "W-what is this?!" Straining tighter he realized there was something rough and scratchy binding them. *Ropes!? W-why am I tied up!?* His heart pounded in his chest as he remembered the encounter from last night.

*N-no this is impossible! Why is this happening-*

"Ah, so the rabbit finally wakes. Took you long enough, you've been out all night. We have a lot of catching up to do!" Yuga approached with a sinister grin .

Ravio screamed trying to back up as far as he could until his back touched the wall. "HELP!"

Yuga's face contorted in annoyance at Ravio's frantic screaming.  Soon said screaming would be interrupted by a deft slap to Ravio's cheek.

"That's quite enough of that!"

Ravio cowered in fear but remained silent,  letting Yuga speak.

"No one can hear you, no one is going to help you. You are deep within the dark palace. Even if you could leave through that door, you would never be able to find your way out. Now, as I was saying.  I'm sure you're wondering how I'm still alive right?"

Ravio hesitantly nodded starring apprehensively at Yuga.

"Well just before your obnoxious counterpart swung the finishing blow, I separated from Ganon. At first I was angry because I lost the triforce of power. But then.. once the triforce of Lorule was restored,  I got.. this!" He rose his fist making Ravio flinch, only on closer inspection Ravio would see the golden symbol of the triforce of power.

"H-how?"

"It does not concern you little Rabbit. Now, I've got a debt to settle.  It wasn't very nice of you to go behind my back and get that hero involved,  and to sell him weapons on top of it?" He snatched Ravio by the hair forcing him closer making him cry out in pain. "You aided and abided the enemy Ravio.."

Ravio had about enough of that as he could take.  "Stop it! You didn't even want to save Lorule at all! The enemy was you! You wanted it all to yourself-" he was cut off by a closed fist to the face.

"I wasn't finished yet, awfully bold of you hmm. Maybe you have grown somewhat of a spine after all?"  he smirked looking down at Ravio who was whimpering at the new pain of his bloodied lip.

"You are also probably wondering why I didn't just turn you into a painting too." He reached for Ravio which made him flinch. "Oh don't be such a baby, I'm just untying you."  True to his word he undid the ropes releasing Ravio of his restraint.

Ravio rubbed at his wrists relieved to actually be able to use his hands again.

"You see Ravio, I have no intention of wasting one of my canvases on someone as worthless as you. Plus it's not as if you put up a fight, you may as well have just jumped into my arms." Yuga continued explaining while laughing a bit at that last part.
