Anisha sat on the bed, tears streaming down her cheeks. "Kya itni buri hoon main?" she asked herself aloud.
"Ki mujhse shaadi karne se kya woh ghatiya insaan ban jayenge aur mujhe jhutkara paane ke liye mujhe bidesh bhej denge?" She started crying, overwhelmed by these thoughts.
A house helper knocked on her door and asked her to come downstairs for the cake cutting.
Anisha quickly re-touched her makeup after washing her face. Before going downstairs, she resolved to avoid him as much as possible.
She went downstairs for the cake cutting and saw Hamza talking with one of his cousins and Isha was standing beside Hamza . They definitely looked like the perfect couple . Isha looked beautiful in her gorgeous sharara.

Isha saw Anisha standing alone looking at them and called out "Anisha, idhar aao"
Anisha walked over to them and greeted her respectfully. "Assalamu alaikum" she said.
"Wa alaikum assalam, Anisha. Tumhe dhoondh rahi thi main, kese ho tum ?" Isha asked her with a smile
"Anisha, tum ro rahi thi? Tumhara aankhen lal kyu ho gaye hain?" Isha inquired, noticing the redness in Anisha's eyes.
Hamza glanced at her once before talking with the cousin. Anisha noticed and felt hurt that he didn't bother to ask. She sadly replied, "Kuch nahi, bas aankhon mein kuch chala gaya."
Before they could delve further into the conversation, a female cousin of Hamza and Isha interrupted, calling them over to take group pictures.
"Anisha, tum bhi aao," Isha invited her.
"Par toh sirf hum cousins khich rahe hain" the cousin interfered.
"Zara," Isha said sternly to that cousin
"Aap log jaaye mein baad mein aati hoon" Anisha said with a fake smile and the cousin reluctantly took Hamza and Isha away.
After the group pictures, Hamza and Isha were taking some photos together. Anisha watched them from a corner, feeling a mix of envy and hurt in her eyes.
"Yeh log accha lag rahe hain na " she heard a voice near her. She turned to see Ahmed, the same guy who rarely spoke to her except on her birthday to wish her .
"Anisha, acche ke liye ek baat bolun, bhool jao Hamza bhai ko. Yeh dono ek dusre se pyaar karte hain, nahi toh baad mein bohot dard hoga," he advised before leaving Anisha alone with her thoughts.
