Hundreds of years before the rise of peace, when mankind had only just erected societies and culture into existence, the 'Ancients' arrived. Impossibly large creatures made of metal and overridden with nature. Moss and trees grew into their steel frames, they could uproot hills and boasted strength of the heavens. They became what mankind feared as 'The Forgotten Gods'.

The entire continent was devoured in chaos sprung from the Ancients, death was a mercy to people surviving in the abandoned villages riddled in the nature-woven iron abominations.
It became a war where humans only strived for law and order while The Ancients continued spreading demise and destruction upon the land. It was no wonder that the vast majority had forgotten ideals such as 'hope' or even a tomorrow.

However it was upon the pinnacle of destruction that all of the strongest warriors gathered. Martial Artists that mastered their techniques took it upon themselves to create a stand against this demonic evil. The Central Ascension Alliance was formed and their sole purpose was to reconstruct peace upon the continent. The Alliance came together and dedicated a sect particularly formed for the sake of keeping the age-old Ancients at bay. And thus, the strongest martial warrior who created his original technique, Jin Zhou-Wan was elected to become the first leader of the newly created 'Transcendent Sect' in where they were promised absolute support from The Ascension Alliance to protect the mainland of the continent from The Ancients.

However, as time began to pass and the indominable power of The Transcendent Sect grew even further is when the alliance started to grow their concerns...

A man of large stature with a refined beard, long hair that was kept in a bun, and adorned with powerful gear. Chou Zhou-Wan was known as the Great Wall, and the fourth generation leader of The Transcendent Sect. A master of the origin arts that was passed through the generations of the sect. He, and his companions that were renowned as 'The Great Four of the Transcendent Heavens' were the pillars of keeping the mainland safe from The Ancients which finally reached their limits against the sect, however, it was during this time that they suddenly disappeared without a trace.

And as peace was celebrated throughout the entire continent, the ascension alliance began to see the transcendent sect as a threat. The all-powerful Chou Zhou-Wan entered a standstill against the entirety of the ascension alliance, his four brethren in battle had betrayed him entirely and now the world witnesses the weakness of what once was called 'The Great Wall'

Kai Zhou-Wan is the son of the fourth generation leader, making him the heir to the throne. He stood behind his father who at this point was bent on his knees from the force of the entire Central Ascension Alliance, and the Transcendent Sect had been declared 'a relic of the past'. Crumbling into history.

"So, only the greatest of warriors surround me." Chou Zhou-Wan frowned, his veins extruding from his face and neck, swallowed by anger from the deceit and betrayal. He was surrounded by the nine monarchs, the most powerful martial masters across all of the continent. Tai Ling, one of the prodigies of wisdom renowned as the greatest illusion master of the nine monarchs screamed at Chou. "You keep your lies to the end, Great Wall. What made you betray the ascension alliance in conspiring with The Ancients? You know no bounds in deceit"

Chou Zhou-Wan only laughed at the remark, "I, Chou Zhou-Wan am a humble man whose lived honest to the end. False rumors have snared all of you, or perhaps these false rumors are something you've created." Chou only smiles, his eyes glaring purity, honesty and innocence. Only to be replied with a yell from Tai Ling "The Four Transcendent Heavens testified against you. You are not here to negotiate." Chou looked around and sought the faces of his comrades noticing how they all looked away in shame. Chou sighed, realizing their betrayal.

He screamed at the top of his lungs, the force of his voice alone shot shockwaves throughout the crowds. "From this point forth, The Transcendent Sect will disband, all the disciplines, martial warriors, and residents will scatter and search for a home elsewhere. However, my son, Kai Zhou-Wan will not be held responsible for this. He lost his mother when he was young, he knows nothing of martial arts. He is not a threat to you, at least, let him live." he finishes his sentence, awaiting a response

the crowd was in tears from the sound of defeat that The Great Wall had shown, "We promise not to do such a thing." Tai Lung spoke. If the Nine Monarchs said otherwise, the entire crowd gathered at the front of the Transcendent Sect would turn and gnaw at the nine monarchs and the entire Central Ascension Alliance would be in smoke. Despite the fact that all the Nine Monarchs wished to destroy the Zhou-Wan family tree.

In the next moment, Kai Ran to his father who was holding his sword at chest level, and the moment Kai arrived to wrap his arms around his father, he had already been turned to a corpse as the sword plunged deep into the crevices of his chest ridding himself of his heart. Tears flooded the young boy's face as he was now unwantedly titled the fifth generational leader of the sect, Kai Chou-Wan.

Thus marked the supposed end of the Transcendent Sect.
