Chapter 4

Blood dripped down his face as chocked breaths past him lips. I could feel tears pour down my face as I looked at his body. His clothes ripped and teared drenched in blood, his body ravaged.

"Tommy! Tommy! Please wake up." I cried cradling his limp body in my arms. Concentrating I tries to hear his heartbeat it was faint but there.

Standing up I attempted to teleport up to the forest edge so I was close enough to the pack house but not to close to be seen. Landing only a few meters from where I was before I had no option but to run. I could feel my energy slowly seeping away as I ran. Something was blocking me from teleporting not only that but they were using something to suck away my energy.

Jumping back as vines shot out of the ground blocking my path. I had no time to look back grabbing one of the vines concentrating I amassed as much energy as I could setting my hand ablaze. Running my hand across the vines that were blocking my path they withered under my touch from the heat.

Running through the forest I was I managed to get back dodging vines that came my way. Hearing as I got closer to the pack house I screamed feeling my energy slowly seeping away being ripped from body.

Looking down I saw vines curled around my leg holding me in place. These vines were different from the other. Its shape twisted and dark with sharp razor like thorns burrowing deep into my leg ripping and tearing the flesh apart burrowing into my leg.

Attempting to pull my leg away it was like barbed wire ripping into my leg. Feeling unstable I felt myself slowly collapse making sure to cradle tommy as we hit the floor the vine tightening its grip on my leg draining the Energy from causing black spots to appear in my vision as everything went black.

I squinted as the light burned my eyes. Blinking as my eyes adjusted to the light, I looked around to find myself in my room once again.

Attempting to stand I felt a sharp pain shoot up my leg as I moved causing me to yelp in pain. Looking at my I saw bloody bandages wrapped around my leg.

Gently I took the bandages off hissing as i pulled a scab off as well on the occasion. Placing the bloody bandages on my bed side table I looked my legs. I looked at the wounds as they follow a spiral pattern up leg so if they did scar I could get a tattoo of some sort to cover it. Maybe like a spiral of fire or ice or something tribal which would look cool.

Relaxing back I allowed my body to go limp forcing my body to slowly shut down just enough so that I could live but not so much as to kill myself. It was a technique I was showed by the old alpha before he passed away although I almost died trying to do it so yer irony life saving technique almost kills me when I use it but it helps.

Concentrating I slowly flowed my energy m into leg my speeding up the healing process. Even being part wolf my healing was faster but this would help it even more. I could feel the wound slowly close stopping any bleeding that was happening.

Hearing the door open I slowly opened my eyes feeling the energy pulse back into my body. Seeing the Jacks staring at my leg like some sort of miracle happened.

"Woah dude like what the fuck? your leg man should not be okay at all." Jack said gripping my leg carefully examining it seeing that the majority of the wounds had closed.

"Can you get off plus where is tommy?" I said yanking my leg from his grip a bit to hard causing pain to course through my leg.

"He's fine his wounds weren't so bad he lost of blood though." JJ smiled looking relieved. "It was you that people were worried about when Nash, Cam and Hayes found you were pale as a ghost and barely bearthing." He was no longer smiling he look scared but relived. He reached out cupping my hand in his looking like he was about to cry. Leaning foward I gave him a quick hug patting him on the back awkwardly.

"Now can you all go away please and give me some peace i'm tired." I lied just wanting to be alone. They looked shocked at first but agreed nodding leaving telling me to get better and shout if I need anything like anything literally. I was tempted to say you both leaving my house but let's not be unreasonable jack.

I lay back on my bed looking at the cracked white celling. Images of Tommy lying there on the floor blood everywhere kept flashing into my mind. Using my pillow to wipe away my tears. Who would hurt tommy he was just some omega that kept to himself he only talked to his family the alpha and me why hurt him he knew nothing of pack business.

Getting up I decided shower whoever had cleaned me up didn't do a good job. Tasking the blood soaked top off striping down the alpha probably told the doctor to leave it on to mask the scent marking for now but I know that everyone will know once my scent spreads.

Is it only me who loves the feeling of warm water hitting your body and I don't mean in general I mean when the temperature is just right and your whole body just relaxes under the warmth.

I need to see Shawn I can't believe that I'm saying that right now but I do I just want to be held in his arms maybe it's the fact that he could be my mate soon enough I don't know and I don't care right now I just need someone to take away the image of Tommy right now. It was just so horrific the amount of blood jut brings chills down my body.

Getting out the shower I quickly dry myself down taking extra care around my leg not wanting to make the pain worse. I carefully put some shorts and a random top on climbing Back in to bed not wanting to be seen by the pack. I looked around my old room mostly empty apart from a few things that I had left I see the alpha hadn't given it up to someone else. I still have many memories from my childhood here staying till I was old enough for the alpha to let me stay at the house that used to be my parents not that he ever talked about them.

Hearing the door open I acted like I was asleep only to be shaken "come on I know your awake." I heard the luna's soft voice causing me to get up only to be pulled to her being cradled in her arms. "There there I brought food I know your thinking but he's okay but you need to rest I have to go find Dawson and kill him for not telling me you were scented." I laughter feeling bad did the alpha she was going to kill him most likely I will make sure to get the mop. She pushed me back telling me sleep and I did thoughts out my future on my mind.
