England was still lost in thought , and didn't notice the door opening , or the nurse walking in with a sad smile on her face.

"Is he going to be okay!?" , Sealand asks the nurse , worry evident in his voice , the nurse gets on her knees to be at Seland's face level with a small smile on her face , though this smile was the smile you would use to calm children.

"Sweetie i promise to you that we would never let anything bad happen to your mom here , okay?" , the nurse says with a smile with Sealand returning the smile back to her .

Standing back up the nurse turned looking at France with a serious look on her face "I would like a private moment with Mr . England if you don't mind." , she says nodding towards the door that obviously wants England's guests to leave out of.

France getting the message turns the Sealand who is the only one who hasn't left yet "Come on Sealand, you heard he will come back for England later", France tries to tempt the child which thankfully works as Sealand stomps out of the room , a pout on his face while France follows behind hime waving at England who flares as the waving country.

Though England quickly stops glaring and gives the nurse a neutral face "Is it that bad?", England asks still having a neutral look on his face , while the nurse gives him an equally neutral look "Well Mr. England this could be taken anyway but I think I could better show you the tell you", England gives the nurse a confused look when the nurse showed him a picture, though in the pictures it had two little white things with one having A above it , while the other has B above it .

England's eyes go wide , realizing what the picture was as he remembers seeing a picture like that when he was pregnant for the first time with America, and Canada .

This time though he wasn't crying with joy while talking to France over the phone that there were going to be parents, because these babies weren't his and France .

Because these babies belonged to him and the Alpha that had rapped him , but he didn't have the heart to say to the nurse that , yes he wants a abortion, no because that wouldn't be fair to England or , his soon to be new babies .

So after taking a deep breath England looks up at the nurse with a soft smile on his face "When is the first appointment about the babies", the nurse looked shocked though she also has a small smile on her face now "The first appointment should be about in the next month , or so I can't wait to see you next appointment, Mr. Kirkland",the nurse says still smiling brightly before exiting the room .

England sighs , putting his hand on his stomach "You two are going to cause me a lot of trouble , you know?" , England says with a tired smile looking down at his hand on his stomach where his soon to be baby bump in a few months will be .

It isn't peaceful for long when , the door suddenly slammed and opened loudly making England cover his ears with a slight hiss.

Though when England opens his eyes his confused, when he sees a man with a smile on his worried looking face , England still confused who this man is but then it hits him like a train as he realizes this man as the that rapped him.

And the father of his children.
