Annabeth's POV

"What are you doing here asshole" I said to my father.

"Please Annabeth let me explain" he said.

"I'm sorry we don't have time for your bull shit" Percy said.

"I have to talk to you" he said.

"You have 5 minutes than get your ass out of here" I said.

"Ok so when you told me you were pregnant I started to freak out.Helen yelled at you to get out but I couldn't say anything.For 5 months I felt so guilty I divorced Helen.The divorce was final last week.I felt so bad for what Helen said.Than I found out you went into labor I got here as fast was I could.Annabeth I'm so sorry.I don't expect you to ever forgive me but if you could......." he trailed off.He had tears in his eyes.

I looked at Percy.He had a look of anger on his face.But also a look of sympathy too.

"I-I-I don't know if I can trust you again" I said looking down.

"Annabeth I love you more than anything.All I want is for you to be my daughter again.After about 5 months I told Helen that I missed you more than anything.She told me that she always hated you.Everything you ever told me that I thought wasn't true was true I'm so sorry" he said.Me and Helen used to fight all the time.She was the devil.She bossed me around and yelled at me all the time.I tried to tell my dad but Helen just fooled him with her lies.

"I don't know if I could love you or forgive you" I said.

"I'll go wait in the hall" Percy said.Percy left.It was just me and my so called father.

"Annabeth you don't have to forgive me or have to love me I just want to be part of your lift and the baby's" he said.

"Maybe over time I will forgive you and love you but right now I think you should just be in my life.I really would like you to be in my child's life" I said.

"Do I get to meet the baby" dad said.

"Not today you can meet the baby on Wednesday if you want" I said.

"Ok and is it a girl or a boy" he asked me.

"A girl her name is Kenzie Taylor Jackson" I said.

"Wow! A girl" he said.

"Yeah" I said.

"Well I better be going,I love you Annabeth" he said.

"I know" I said.He left and I was left there alone.

Percy walked back in.He sat down next to me and wrapped his arms around me.I put my head no his shoulder.I could feel his hand go inside the back of my hospital dress.He was rubbing my bare back.Than the nurse came in with Kenzie.

"Ok Annabeth Kenzie needs to have her first feeding.Do you understand how to breastfeed her" she said.

"Yes" I said.She gave me Kenzie and left.I pulled down my shirt sleeve.Kenzie started sucking on my nipple.It felt like someone was pinching me right there.

"Ow that hurts" I said in a baby voice to Kenzie.

"How does that hurt" Percy asked me.

"I don't know it feels like someone is pinching me right there" I asked.

"Oh" he said.

"I think I'm definitely going to use that breast pump" I said.

I finished breastfeeding her and the nurse took her.Before I knew it, it was 10:00.Percy was asleep next to me.I laid my head down and feel asleep.
