Jonathan and Lilith were once again at the same bar from the night of Jonathan's fight.Lilith sat fidgeting with her hair nervously while she stared at Jonathan.

Jonathan:do I got something on my face?

She quickly looked away and started stammering wildly,Jonathan smiled and turned back to his drink.

He pulled out his pack of cigarettes and handed one to Lilith,who gladly took and lit it.

Jonathan:I thought you said-

Lilith:shut up.

Jonathan chuckled and sipped on his whiskey,John was in the back doing god knows what.everything seemed peaceful as of now.

Lilith puffed on her smoke as she ate a homemade pork chop,courtesy of John.she always did like food.

Jonathan:feels like yesterday I was chasing you around with a frog in hand.

Lilith:oh shush.I hated bugs and still do.you were so mean!

Jonathan:and now I'm your best friend who takes care of you and let's you crash at my place rent free.

Lilith:you literally told me to.

Jonathan:I was kidding.

???:hello.

The two of them turned to see a man of average size and small physique,he had brown hair and brown eyes.he looked quite expensive and took a seat next to Jonathan.

???:hello you two.

He smiled at them,Jonathan felt something was off.

Jonathan:hey....do we know you?

???:no but I know you.your names Jonathan and your names Lilith.you guys are pretty cool!

He looked at the two like he was a fan or something but he ultimately got down to business.

Jonathan:what are you trying to pull?

Toshi:my names toshikuni.you can call me toshi or whichever you prefer.

He pulled out a small file.

Toshi:Jonathan,we've had our eyes on you for quite awhile now.your muscle powers are very cool!Lilith hasn't shown her powers,at least not where I've seen but I bet their also cool!

Jonathan:what do you want?

Toshi:your hunting those things right,your mask is really making it hard to track you ya know.

Lilith:what are you trying to do?

Toshi:I want you both to join my "gathering"

Jonathan and Lilith looked at each other and turned back to the other man.

Jonathan:what's in it for us?

Toshi:I know who is making these things.

The two hunters looked at the small person with a fearful but angered look.

Jonathan:who?

Toshi:come with me.

They got up from their seats and left some money for John and left with Toshi.

Jonathan:where the hell are we going?!

Toshi:just around the corner.

Once they walked the corner they saw 2 more people in an alley.

One of the people was a man with a smile that went ear to ear,he had an eyepatch that covered his left eye.

The other was a girl who was smiling sweetly and was jumping up and down on her toes.
