I was, looking thru my paperwork when I saw the 10th Division will have a new recruit and position is second lieutenant. Hmm Aki Shirai... She must be really strong to be- My train of thoughts halt when realization hit me.

"Oi! Matsumoto! have you done you paperwor-eh where is she now?!"

Irk marks coming out of my head. 'I hope the new recruit wouldn't be like Matsumoto.'I sighed. I wonder what she's like...Aki Shirai huh. Out of the blue, a hell butterfly came in and I signaled, it to land on my finger and said their's a ceremony for the new recruits for the tenth and sixth division. I better go then.

At the meeting room we were, waiting for the recruits to come in when we heard voices front he outside and Yamamoto just shouted enter. There came in two girls, I wondered which one is Aki Shirai, and then Yamamoto said the lieutant Shirai and meaning the black hair girl while the other one was Kuchiki's new 3rd seat. Another red head. I look to see Aki Shirai.A cute name and a cute girl too huh.. wait what.. I mentally slapped myself, ok anyways, while the red head started to complain in her place for being a 3rd seat. After a while the red head Sasaki started bickering with Kuchiki, and Shirai obviously getting annoyed rolled her eyes while other captain's saw her act and chuckled. Yamamoto continued his speech and announce the ceremony was over Shirai started looking for her captain,me, and Sasaki following her without her noticing. I looked at her..beautiful maroon orbs and signaled her to come to me and I introduced myself 'I'm Toshiro Hitsugaya. 10th Division Captain' , Aki. Aki Shirai. Pleased to meet you. She said in a too polite manner. I wonder why but maybe first impression? I just shrugged the feeling of.

At the 10th Division office, Shirai followed me in the office and was immediately hugged to death by Matsumoto and I got irritated and saw Shirai trying to breath, Matsumoto! Let go of her, she can't breath! I growled. Ehh captain she's so cute. Matsumoto said. Yeah yeah i know. I thought. And she let go of Shirai and introduced herself to her. After she introduced herself. I mindlessly muttered "a lieutenant that doesn't do her work.".She was gonna reply when suddenly the red head Sasaki appeared, and kick her at the back.Now that was something I don't see everyday.Then red head, started ranting about Matsumoto hugging Shirai, to death then threatened Matsumoto after introducing herself.Wow she has temper too, then she remembered why was she there and started ranting again about her being a 3rd that was supposed to be a lieutenant like Shirai and was waiting for Shirai's reply when Shirai just answered her with a plain 'ok' which annoyed her and started nagging at Shirai and even played with her cheeks, which was quite cute and after a few mins Shirai can't take it anymore and let out a cold aura and said 'would you quit your nagging?' Sasaki replied nope and continued her nagging and at the Shirai snapped and suddenly her nails grew and she scratch Sasaki on the arm, well today is quite amusing. Sasaki shrieked "so cold~ Can't believe my little sister scratch me" fake tears coming out her eyes.then she added"They grow up so fast." and backed off. Hmm Shirai could be cold but once she get enough if you,she snaps and acts violently... she has a temper too,but for the sake of her pride... I guess. As Sasaki backed off. Shirai said 'works everytime ' she said in a evil manner and smirked. She's cute when she sometimes act like that..what am I saying?...I should stop them before Shirai scratches Sasaki any further. Oi! You two quit your bickering and Sasaki get back to the 6th Division both of you have work to do! I growled and I walked towards Shirai, I took her hand and examined her long, I guess 2inch sharp nails, that are somehow extremely cold.

How come they're so long and extremely cold? I questioned. Hm? My zanpakuto is a ice elemental type and is a tiger so it's the effect if it. I can control the growth of my nails and due to it being ice elemental its also cold so when I,scratch someone with it it the feeling is cold. She said. I see, so were the same ice elemental but, mine's a dragon. I said. 'Getting to know each other over there, eh?' Sasaki suddenly said,while Shirai and I both got an irk mark and growled 'AND WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN?!' Oh, nothing nothing~ she answered in a sassy tone. My temper got in to me and I can't take it anymore, SASAKI! Return to the 6th Division barracks now! Or do you want me to report to your Captain for your insubordination?! Eeek! Sasaki shrieked. Fine, fine, I'm leaving. But remember, I shall return~ BYE LI'L SIS AND CAPTAIN MIDGET!~ she shouted and quickly flash stepped out of my office, but to my irritation 'What did you say?' Irk marks appearing again on my head. Captain, calm down she's just teasing you! Shirai said and chuckled, and Captain if she teases you, she considers you a friend and including me. She smiled slightly. I sighed. Fine, and start with your paperwork! Now. I said. Yes Captain. She answered. She has a cute voice, wait what the hell am I thinking?! Ugh.... After awhile curiosity hit me. Shirai. I said. Yes captain? She said. Why does Sasaki call you little sister? Oh that? We lived in Rukongai together so were quite close and we act like siblings since we only got each other, so were overprotective when one of us is being hurt or anything that's why she kicked Rangiku because she like almost killed me... She said. I see, so both of you are childhood friends.. I said.
