The Arrange Marriage

Part 20

After complete 10 months of marriage.

A random night.

Pramod was seriously working on his laptop.
Susheela kept a cup of strong coffee on the table.

Susheela - aapko Raat bhar jaagna padega.

Pramod - ha.. I just hope ki kal apne aap ko ache se proof kar pau.

Susheela - don't worry. I know my husband can do that.

She kissed his cheeks.

Susheela - time par so jana.

Pramod - ha.. Par aap so jaiye..

Susheela - ha ja hi rahi hu.

Tomorrow is going to be a very important day for Pramod. As some senior doctors are visiting to The Chautala Hospital. For a very special meeting. Pramod has a chance to prove himself that experience doesn't matter to excellence. His is still capable to beat there experience and he can do that.

The next morning.

Pramod was getting ready in the room. When he just came out in a hurry, he bumped to Susheela.

Susheela - I'm sorry.

Pramod - it's okay....

He quickly walked out rolling his sleeves and takes his mug of coffee sipping and opened the zip of his bag.

Suddenly he got a call from Jay, he was already waiting for him in the hospital.

Pramod - yes dad.. I'll be in 10 mins yeah..

He kept his phone back and when he suddenly turned. Susheela was in his front and the hot coffee in the mug got spilled on him.

Pramod - aa.. Shit!!!

Susheela - I'm sorry.. M.. Really sorry..

Pramod - Susheela ji aap bhi na.. mughe Already late ho raha hai.

Mini - gussa kya kar raha hai jaldi jakar change kar le.

Pramod goes back to his room and opened his cupboard taking out another shirt. He quickly changed and came out.

He closed his laptop and kept it in his bag.

He was going out taking the keys of his car.

Susheela - pramod ruko..

Pramod got pissed off and looked back wait a glare.

Susheela - wallet bhool gaye aap..

He took it from her hand.

Susheela - all the best.

He didn't replied as he was angry on what happened a few moments back.

He reached hospital with a bit delay because of the traffic jam. After 20 min he was finally at the hospital.

He took his bag and ran inside after parking his car. He went to Jay's Cabin. He opened the door came inside.

Pramod - I'm sorry gentlemen I just got late....

Jay - Dr. Pramod Chautala.

Pramod - dad..

Jay - I said Dr. Pramod Chautala.

Pramod got what he wants to hear.

Pramod - yes sir.

Jay - get out of my cabin.

Pramod - but sir..

Jay - don't you have a  basic sense to knock the door before you enter or ask for the permission.

Pramod - sorry sir.

Jay- get out of my cabin and knock the door and ask for permission again.

Pramod was completely embarrassed as the 3 respected senior doctors were looking at him getting insulted. It was a disgrace to his image. But he had to do what he said.
He went out and knocked the door.

Pramod - may I came in, sir?

Jay - yes.

He came inside the cabin.

Jay - so Doctor Pramod you are exactly 30 mins late.

Pramod - sir that was not my fault.. Actually I was stuck into the traffic.

Jay - I don't want excuses.

Dr singh - Dr Jay, it happens.

Dr Jay - I want my each and every employee to be punctual and attentive toward there job. Now Doctor Pramod can leave from this place. I won't allow him to sit at this meeting.

Pramod - sir that was just a mistake.. Please I need this opportunity.

Jay - no you don't deserve it. People don't value the time. I don't care about and you absence is completely a dishonor to me. Just go out.

Pramod was full of anger inside himself and walked out of the cabin. Going inside his cabin.

He took a glass of water and threw it with frustration.

Pramod - how could he!? Poore 6 saal ka hardwork.. Reputed country me bhi doctor nahi ban paya.. Dad ke ek decision ki wajah se. Chahta to chala jata na yaha se.. Kyo proof karu mai khud ko. I know what I am. In sab se better hu mai aur Aaj meeting me sab ke samne mughe bahar nikal diya.. Meri galati thi hi kaha!! Galati to... Ha Susheela ji. Unhone subha ko mughe itna late kiya. Unki wajah se..... Mai kyo unko blame kar raha hu. Shayad meri hi galati the.. Jo maine...

He sit on his chair getting relaxed.

He closed his eyes for a few moments and then got up to take a round to the patients.

It was 11 till he came back.

The meeting was over and Jay was coming out with the doctors. Pramod was there to apologize by someone he was frustrated inside.

Till the afternoon.

He completed the his appointments and decided to go home and sleep to refresh his mind and get the shit out! Which was stuck in his mind.

When he came back from washroom he found a bag kept on the table. He found a lunch box in it.

He has not eaten anything since the morning.

He got a chit in the lunch box.

It was "sorry" written on it.

Susheela had send this for him.

He sits and takes out the lunch box.

He got his favorite Malai kofta.
He smiled and he was about to taste it but suddenly Dr sharma entered to his cabin with knock on the door.

Dr sharma - Pramod there is an emergency.....

With in next moment he got ready and reached to the OT listening about the critical condition of the patient in emergency.

He was trying his best today but he was unable to give it. Unfortunately after a stressful hour he came out of the OT. With a sadness on his face. The patient loose his life.
He found his family cursing the doctors for this misfortune.

It was the most unlucky day in his life. He loose his first case.

He went to home with a stressful mind and anger on his face.

Let the jhagda begin.
