Aanya's fear was so intense that she felt like she was going to pass out. The thought of getting not one, but four injections, made her feel sick to her stomach. She tried to control her breathing, but her body was shaking uncontrollably. Aarav held her hand and they both entered the room.

Aanya sat nervously on the hospital bed, her eyes fixed on the needle in the nurse's hand. She was trembling with fear, her heart racing as she contemplated the four injections she would have to endure. She had always been afraid of needles, but her trypanophobia had reached new heights.

Her boyfriend, Aarav, sat beside her, holding her hand trying to soothe her with sweet words. "Aanya baby. I know it's scary, but you can do this. I believe in you."

Aanya looked up at him, her eyes filled with tears. "I can't do it, Aarav. I'm too scared. I can't handle the pain."

Aarav placed his hand on her cheek and gently wiped away her tears. "I'll be right here holding your hand the whole time. And once it's over, we'll celebrate with your favorite meal."

But Aanya couldn't shake off her fear. As the nurse approached her with the first injection, she started to hyperventilate. "No, no, no!" she cried, thrashing her body to get out of Aarav's hold.

Aanya thrashed and wriggled out of Aarav's hold, then ran into the corner of the room, her breaths coming in quick, shallow gasps. The two nurses quickly followed her, locking the door behind them to prevent any escape. The nurses approached her slowly and gently yet firmly held her, while Aarav moved towards her and tried to calm her down.

"Aanya, it's okay, we're here with you," Aarav said softly, his voice filled with love and reassurance.

"No, please, let me go," Aanya cried, her eyes filled with fear and tears.

The nurses placed Aanya on Aarav's lap and held her firmly. Aarav held her face in his hands and gently turned it to the other side.

"It's okay, my love. You're safe here with me," Aarav whispered, shushing her with love.

The nurse preparing the injection tried to reassure Aanya. "It'll be over soon, just try to relax," she said, but Aanya's fear had reached a fever pitch.

Aarav locked Aanya's legs to prevent any sudden movements, while the nurse folded up Aanya's sleeve to reveal her upper arm. Aanya flinched and tried to resist, but the nurse quickly wiped her arm with a cold swab,  Aanya felt a sharp shiver run down her spine. Her body tensed up, and she could feel her muscles contract involuntarily. She tried to pull her arm away, but Aarav's tight grip on her legs prevented her from moving.

With a quick and precise motion, the nurse jabbed the needle into Aanya's right arm causing an intense pain that made Aanya scream out loud. Tears streamed down her face as she cried out in agony, feeling helpless and scared.

"It hurts so much," Aanya cried out, her voice shaking with fear and pain.

Aarav held her tightly, trying to comfort her: "I know, I know," Aarav said, his voice full of empathy. "Just take deep breaths honey, and it will be over soon."

The nurse then asked Aarav to switch Aanya's side, and Aanya hugged him tightly, crying out in pain and fear.

"It's okay, my brave girl. You're doing great," Aarav whispered, holding her tightly.

The nurse lifted Aanya's other sleeve to reveal her left arm. Aanya felt the cold swipe again, and before she knew it the second needle was jabbed into her arm, causing her to scream in pain and terror.

Aanya let out a loud, primal scream of terror, "Aaaahhhhh!" Her whole body tensed up, and she tried to pull away, but the nurses held her firmly.

"Please, stop it! I'm scared! It hurts!" Aanya screamed, her voice echoing in the room.

Aarav placed a gentle kiss on her cheek and continued shushing her with love, but Aanya was too afraid to calm down.

The nurses held her tightly, trying to keep her still as the injection was completed. "Almost there, just a few more seconds," the nurse said, her voice gentle but firm.

After the injections were complete, the nurse gave Aanya five minutes to calm down. Aarav helped her sip some water and hugged her tightly.

Aanya's body began to relax. She sobbed softly, tears streaming down her face. "It hurts so much Aarav, please take me home now please I'm begging you," she whispered, her voice trembling.

"It's okay, my love. I know it hurt a lot, but we had to do this. Otherwise, the pain would have gotten worse, right? This part is over now. You were so brave, baby. Come on, breathe with me, sweetie. You have to calm down, love," Aarav said softly.
