The next day I get a call from Louise saying that she wanted to meet up. So we did just that. I figured if I was going to be working with her I might as well get to know her first. She was extremely nice, and was really easy to talk to.

We ended up meeting in a small café that she recommended because of the cookies, and to be honest they were actually the best thing I've had in my life, delicious, mouth watering and warm.

"So... Louise," I beging trying to fill what I thought was awkward silence,"tell me about yourself "

-

We ended up talking for a couple of hours and she didn't seem to note my awkwardness perhaps because she was every bit of strange and awkward as I was.

I found out that the reason they were hiring at the flower shop was that she wanted to spend more time with her daughter, Darcy, and that Phil, the owner and her friend, needed some help. When I was with her I was tempted to ask if this Phil happened to be the tatooed man that I've had a couple run ins with, but why would such a person own a flower shop?

I also found out that she was married and was studying to become a hair/makeup person, artist, thing,  professional, whatever...

She was like me in the way that we obsessed over the internet, were loud, and were very... clumsy.

I thanked her for the coffee and cookies, and before she could walk away I gathered up all the courage I had in me to ask her the question that had been on my mind since I had  met up with her.

"Um Louise?" I paused mentally facepalming for sounding so stupid.

"Does the owner, Phil, happen to be named Phil Lester?"

"Yeah that's his name, do you know him?..." She trails off then mutters to herself, but loud enough so that I can understand her  "Hes so social, has a lot of friends that one"

"I um kinda, but I wouldn't say I'm his friend"

"What a shame he's really nice under all those tatoos and things. I've known him since we were kids."

Nice? From what I've seen he is many things, but nice?

"Anyway, I have to go pick up Darcy from her play date, see you on Monday."  Louise says breaking my train of thought before walking toward her car. I do the same but just sit my seat for a bit thinking of what Phil looked like before all the tatoos and peircings. Frankly I can't picture him with out them.

-

Monday rolls around and I am horrified at the thought of going to class.

Nooooooooo.

I roll out of bed, like seriously roll and fall out of bed. "Ow god dam it" I push myself up and check the time then pull on some clothes not even bothering with breakfast as I've woken up late once again and I'll probably just make it if I run, but who am I kidding I don't run.

-

After tons of boring lectures I  make my way to my dorm to get changed into some more comfortable clothes.

Once I grab my phone, wallet, and keys, and start making my way (downtown walking fast faces pass... Sorry I had to.) to the small flower shop.
